Wij verbleven hier met onze familie (ouders en twee zussen) verdeeld over drie kamers en hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad. Het hotel was schoon, niet perfect, maar voor ons absoluut schoon genoeg. De mogelijkheid om de ramen open te zetten vonden wij erg prettig.
Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel zelf is klassiek en mooi, met hoge plafonds die veel sfeer geven. Het ontbijt was voor ons ruim voldoende, gevarieerd en lekker. Het aanbod was vrijwel elke dag hetzelfde, maar dat vonden wij juist prettig.
Een klein aandachtspunt: één van mijn zussen vond het bed wat ingezakt en kreeg hierdoor last van haar onderrug. Desondanks kijken wij terug op een zeer prettig verblijf en zouden wij dit hotel zeker aanbevelen.

Really sweet hotel, made excellent by the kind and extra attentive staff. Room and facilities are simple but perfect. Nice extras like coffee and tea during the day, bicycles for the city, and happy hour in the afternoon. Arrived to Sevilla during the Vela de Santa Ana week (July 21-26) and happened upon a wild festival/party in the streets right over the bridge in Triana. So fun. What a delightful place. Recommend.

Beautiful property with lovely rooms and bathrooms. We had a pretty small balcony to sit outside. Staff was very nice and helpful and we could easily walk everywhere.

The location is good. The property is dated. Our first night, the bathroom shower flooded the bathroom floor. We were given a different room for the next 4 nights but not given anything for our inconvenience. There is one key per room that needs to be left at the front desk every time you leave the premises. While the desk is manned 24h, the front desk person was not always present and would require us to wait or look for the person, at most 1-2min but still an inconvenience. We had a jr suite with an old sofa bed, which was uncomfortable. Overall, ok for the location but inconvenient place to stay.
