Great location -- walking distance to city center and near two metro stations for airport or beach. Room is cosy and equiped for cooking with refridgerator. Consum supermarket at the corner absolutely worths the price.

It was a good experience because of the location of the property.

It is in a convenient place if you are visiting Valencia . It is quite close to the university and not so far from the Cathedral. It has everything what you need although the room was small.

C'est vraiment très bien comme endroit pour habiter avec ces commodités par contre si vous souhaitez la tranquillité ce n'est peut-être pas le bon endroit car c'est juste devant le stade de foot et il y a beaucoup de vie jusqu'à tard le soir. Mais très sécuritaire.

La unica habitación que alquilaban era en el ultimo piso al lado pegada al ascensor, al ser el ultimo piso cada vez que alguien cogía el ascensor se escuchaba el sonido del motor del ascensor, al ser una residencia grande se escuchaba cada 30 segundos, muy molesto

Useful base to explore Valencia, close to bus routes and metro.

Good location in a quiet part of the city, but still central. Five minutes from Turia Park, immediately opposite the Mestalla Stadium and with two supermarkets within five minutes walk. The old town is a little further at around 20 minutes and the Science and Arts museums around the same the opposite direction. The accommodation was great for me as I was travelling alone and it had it's own kitchen area in the room.

This place was just lovely, not 5 star lovely, but 2 star value lovely, and a great breakfast for 4 euros, just bread, ham, cheese, coffee, juice. Friendly staff as well and a great location.

Wir wurden kurz vor der Anreise per Mail darüber informiert, daß wir vor Ort einen Jugendherbergsausweis (4€) erwerben müssen. Schade, daß dies bei Expedia nicht erwähnt wurde.

It is perfect for solo traveler. You have all you need to live, wash machines, gym. The breakfast was nice. Staff was great, the guard at night does not know English, it will be better if knew some more. The only issue was that in the gym there was not cleaning paper for the machines, there was sweat stains on machines, easy to clean if you provide a paper roll and a simple cleaning product.

The exceptionally rude older receptionist lady earned a reputation for being frustrating and incompetent among the guests...not just to me. When I arrived at 15:15, she ignored me and would not attend to me at check in for 15+ minutes. She wouldn't acknowledge that I was standing there as I patiently waited upon arrival because she was "finishing something else." Then, she said she couldn't find my reservation, while her kind and congenial colleague attended to five other guests while I was standing there waiting. It was painful after a long journey to have a rude person push you around because she has a small iota of power and is utterly incompetent. Jessica in Housekeeping, Maria at the Breakfast hall, and the rest of the reception staff including Jean Lucas were excellent, kind, conscientious, and made the stay very pleasant. I would come back because of them. The location near the stadium is superb and connection to the Metro is convenient. I hope the rude front desk lady gets some training on customer service. She is awful and had a bad attitude every single day. Saying good morning demonstrates courtesy, education, and respect, especially when we were forced to interact with her to get our breakfast voucher each day. She had no respect or courtesy for guests or other employees, which was really sad to experience.
