An excellent hotel, with very helpful staff. Room was very large, with separate lounge and bedroom.
Allowed us to stay a few hours after checkout time, meaning we could use the pool, a shower room and secure luggage storage. 10 out of 10

The apartment was clean, modern, a good size and well equipped for the two of us. It was particularly nice to have a decent sized balcony area with a small table and chairs isolated from adjacent balconies for privacy.
Staff were all very friendly and attentive and the whole site very well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh produce.

Accueil mémorable de nos hôtes qui nous on proposé un verre de bienvenue lors de notre enregistrement, très bel appartement confortable et vu imprenable sur la piscine et la mer, ménage fait tout les jours, jakusy réservé lors de notre dernier jour individuellement ou par famille, Buffet petit déjeuner copieux , salle de sport , très bon emplacement, place de parking gratuite à l'extérieur, tres facile à trouvé hors saison, bar à tapas , superette près de l hôtel , le tout passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie îles de Minorque, très agréable hors saison , nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre hôtesse qui tout au long de notre séjours à pris soin de nous autant à l extérieur de l hôtel comme à l'intérieur, équipe très sympathique au petit déjeuner , femme de ménage et acceuil nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour !!!

The view from our apartment was stunning. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel seems to have been recently refurbished, very tastefully. Excellent breakfast and buffet dinner, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return.

Fantastic people, from the reception, to the cleaners, to the bar staff.
It was kids friendly. The restaurant was tasteful. The pools were pretty good.
They could have done a couple more improvements at the rooms, such as adding reading light next to the beds, or a TV in the bedroom. But minor things.

This place is amazing. If you want the perfect balance of "home from home" apartment that's modern, clean, spacious, comfortbale... with all the benefits of hotel service with breakfast and dinner waiting for you, then this is the place.
The staff work incredibly hard and they are approachable, friendly and attentive. I really cannot fault any of the service i received from this place. The food is fantastic - there is something for everyone. The location also is perfect to enjoy Cala Galadana.
I think above all else, the apartment suite was just amazing. I cpuld fully relax and wasnt stuck to one bedroom like most hotels. The decor is really modern, clean, airy.
You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Très enchantés de notre semaine de vacances, hôtel bien situé, très jolie vue sur la mer, établissement fourni en équipements allant de la salle de jeux pour les enfants, au jacuzzi ou encore au terrain multisports.
Petits déjeuners très copieux à prix raisonnable, les repas du soir sont également à essayer.
Et en prime un personnel très sympathique et attentionné, de la réception, au restaurant jusqu'aux femmes de ménage, nous avons été comblés.
Enfin pour émettre un avis négatif, le point noir est l'insonorisation des chambres côté couloir, le soir ou le matin on peut etre réveillés si des personnes circulent ou discutent. Le jacuzzi n'est pas d'un grand luxe mais il est compris dans le tarif et privatif 1h par jour.
Pour résumer nous recommandons sans hésiter cet hôtel et nous regrettons déjà de ne plus y être.
