No supplies of cups and no water boiler!

地下停車場出口離飯店門口只有幾步之遙, 缺點是沒電梯, 行李扛得有點累.走過對街就是舊城區徒步區了, 走到大教堂約莫十分鐘, 門口右轉走約150公尺是市場, 水果價格算便宜.飯店服務人員親切且幫忙不少.房間大小尚可, 浴室大小讓人滿意.早餐水準不錯, 甜點種類也不少.網路有點連不上, 是一項缺點.整體而言令人滿意.

就是没有热水壶。酒店服务很好，很早就可以办理入住手续。地段好。

This was the most unwelcoming of hotels, had an Email the day before saying check in was at 12:00, arrived at 13:00 to be told very rudely to come back later, very rude and dismissive, and then being made to sit in reception for a hour. Not normally a problem if done politely, this was anything but. Manned by two very moody reception staff. Hotel is aged and looks to be from the late 90s. Pretends to be high end but in reality is just old. It was clean and location is good. Some traffic noise from road and windows are all single glazed. By far the worse stay on the Camino and this was booked as a treat to finish with. Avoid

The staff at Hotel Compostela were kind and helpful, which I appreciated. My room was decent overall, but the bed was so firm it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I was also surprised to find dusty, dirty hallway floors, and some of that tracked into my room — it didn’t feel like it had been cleaned properly before my arrival. Oh, and the gnats in my room even had me guessing how others could possibly rate this hotel a five star? I had really been looking forward to staying here as a way to wrap up my last night in Santiago with a more upscale experience and a bit of pampering. For the price I paid and after reading so many positive reviews, I expected something special. Instead, my stay felt just average, which left me a disappointed.

The hotel and staff were very nice. Neat, clean and conveniently located to the center of town. Parking was difficult but that is due to the city, not the hotel. The room was very quiet and well appointed.

I wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: walkable, clean updated rooms, elevator, near shopping & restaurants, Ms. Sagrario nicest kindest person Cons: inferior amenities in room, horrible shampoo/conditioner, male receptionist

Great hotel - lovely staff and great location for the old town (and the airport bus stops very close). Really good quality room and shower. I checked out super early with no issues. English speaking staff who let me try my Spanish til it ran out! The bar wasn’t open but there are loads of bars nearby. The TV is Google tv which is not ideal if you want to watch local stuff.

Standard Hotel in Santiago de Compostela. Parking for bigger cars 10 Min away. Besides that not much to mention. Clean basic room - 10 Min walking from the cathedral.

Not much of a lobby and the room was on the smaller side but the rest was great, walkable, restaurants & shopping near, updated rooms, nice bathroom

Breakfast was the weak part of our stay, really basic.

The location was good and the staff were very friendly.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. I appreciated the fast check in service considering that I arrived at 2AM.
