Sadly enough, upon reporting to check in they informed us that something had happened at the building where we were supposed to be staying and they could only offer to move us to a different hotel about one kilometer from the beach. Unacceptable in our opinion!

Rooms need updating. Floor ties chipped. The kitchen is very worn. Wardrobes smell musky.

Me gustó la ubicación para dar paseos, además el personal es agradable. El todo incluido es mejorable por la calidad de las bebidas. La comida está bien. La limpieza es mejorable. Le pondría un 8 en general

Das Hotel liegt in einer super Lage. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und Bad ist ungenügend.Es hatte keinen Haarföhn im Bad. Für W-lan im Zimmer muss man Zahlen aber gratis in der Lobby und das im 2024 aber wer möchte den Abend in der Lobby verbringen. Das Frühstück war dafür gut aber die Tauben waren ein bischen lästig auf den Tischen. Das Personal in allen Bereichen war super freundlich.

Location was very central to everything near by, and area was very safe. The pool condition wasn’t great as tiles were falling off and on floor of pool. Staff were lovely & great cocktails :)

Absolutely fantastic view from the room and extremely reasonable prices! Loved our stay and cannot recommend highly enough.

Our room was nothing like the photos on the website. The entire apartment was extremely dated and in need of a remodel and our bathroom and kitchen look absolutely nothing like what was advertised on the website. The one we paid for and expected looked far more modern, completely different units, appliances and furniture and fsr brighter. Sadly, what we ended up with was frankly not what we paid for. It wasn't until our final day we managed to get a glimpse into our direct neighbours room (on both sides of our apartment) plus a friends room across the courtyard and they are modelled completely differently and do reflect the website. We also had a lot of very noisy maintenance workers outside our bedroom window banging, grinding and drilling every morning at 8.15am onwards. Very disappointed and would not recommend at all!!!!!

Fint område for barnefamilier. Rommene kunne vært litt renere, men ellers fine rom. Trang heis og litt trange ganger for vogn og evt rullestol. Frokosten var litt for dårlig.

Property was clean and tidy but the booking didn’t include breakfast (my fault). This wasn’t a problem as you can get breakfast everywhere in the area and it’s cheaper than the hotel (unless you’re after the buffet breakfasts usually served in the big hotels.

The location is excellent, staff friendly and helpful, pool area is lovely, I enjoyed the cocktails at the pool. The accommodation was fresh modern and clean. The one bed duplex was perfect for me and my teenage son. Overall I was really impressed with the hotel

struttura bellissima a due passi dal mare e sulla via principale, Avenida las Americas, bellissimo appartamento super attrezzato e con ampio terrazzo, piscina ben tenuta e dotata di molti lettini ed ombrelloni. Personale super professionale e gentilissimo disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza del del cliente. Molto gradita è stata la disponibilità di una stanza di cortesia, per chi ha l'aereo di sera e vuole passare alcune ore in piscina può rinfrescarsi e partire tranquillo. Nel complesso darei un 9, grazie Giò
