Amazing property and wonderful staff. Would highly recommend

The Cotton House was the perfect stay for our first time in Barcelona. We fell in love with the neighborhood around Cotton House as well as the staff there, shout out to Fatima and Federico! The room was beautiful with gorgeous views of the city and they made sure that my family was comfortable and attended to at every turn. Every time we visit Barcelona, we will be staying at the Cotton House.

Second time staying on this property. You could not ask for anything better. Service, location, property, food, everything was top notch.

Not sure what might have happened in one years time but house keeping is certainly an issue. Staff at times seemed indifferent and last but not least the room we had is in need of new furniture. Tables, desk severely scratched, sofa bed needs to be replaced. But, for me the best was who ever the genius was that a good idea to put the bathroom door right in front of the toilet and lets not forget the door stop in front of the toilet so for those os us that need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night good luck with your toes🙈

I loved the cotton house hotel, I recommend it and would stay there again. The staff were very friendly and the concierge was fantastic. The terrace / bar / restaurant area were all amazing. The room has everything you need, I think maybe the only thing is that the place needs a bit of an update, and in my opinion the lobby area could be a bit bigger. But again, it was a great stay and loved all the history and themes of the design!

Terrific hotel in a great location. Superb boutique with charm and style in the best part of Barcelona. Rooms are not huge but very well designed and maintained. Mine was on a high floor with very little noise despite leaving windows open day and night. Classy common spaces with a library, bar and restaurant including a secluded outdoor courtyard. Small pool on the roof, as well. Could not recommend more highly and would stay again on a return to BCN.

Stayed here before. Its part of Marriot Bonvoy so we used points to get the beautiful buffet breakfast. Though it is VERY hard to get HOT coffee...always luke warm. The breakfast is awesome though. The hotel is gorgeous. and good location.

Hotel is stunning. I loved the decor and design of the room. The entire staff was outstanding and incredibly accommodating. Beginning with checkin we were always made to feel at home. Special shoutout to Reyes.

大人1人、子供2人での宿泊だったのでキングベッド1台の部屋を予約していました。 到着するとソファーベッドがある部屋を勧められ、空室があるからグレードアップしてくれるのかなと思ったら、帰りに220ユーロ請求されました。 環境保護の為か？部屋には歯ブラシなどアメニティが何もなく、値段の割に狭い部屋で、小さなベランダからは周りのアパートのベランダに洗濯物を干している様子などが見え、ホテルと言うよりはアパートに泊まっているような感覚でガッカリでした。 また夜中にドアを小さく叩くようなカタカタという音がずっと聞こえて寝れませんでした。 ポーターの方は親切でした。 低価格のホテルだと思えば特に不満はないですが、部屋やサービスには到底見合ってないホテルでした。

Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rything. restaurant and wait staff. Front desk staff were extremely efficient. Rooms were excellent. Great location. Close to everything. Highly recommend
