Desgraciadamente no aprueba en algunos aspectos.
Las paredes son suficientemente delgadas para sufrir los ronquidos de los vecinos por lo que dormir se convierte en una loteria, depende de los vecinos que te toquen.
En limpieza de habitaciones se queda muy justo en un suficiente.
En cuanto al personal un excelente, amable, servicial y atento.

Propre, chambre spacieuse mais literie peu confortable (ressorts).
Nous avons voulu boire un verre au bar de l'hôtel un peu avant 23h et déjà fermé !

Très bon accueil de la part de Montse qui a été professionnelle et qui parle français c’est un plus pour nous. Hôtel agréable et tranquille. Parking sous terrain disponible moyennement 5€ par nuit. Petit dej parfait. À 25 min environ de portaventura.

Une seule nuit est tant mieux car la literie juste horrible matelas avec ressorts que nous avons senti toute la nuit ma fulle de 17 ans avait un fauteuil une place dépliant inconfortable
Par contre personnel aimable, piscine petite mais très agréable petit déjeuner complet

La atención del servicio fue lo mejor de la estancia.
Aprovechamos la piscina para refrescarnos. Es pequeña pero estaba limpia y hay hamacas y zona de cesped.
La habitación en la que estuvimos era cómoda y espaciosa. Tan solo echamos de menos una silla más, puesto que habia solo una y eramos dos. Tambien faltaba una escobilla en el baño y otra mesita de noche.
La cena estuvo muy bien, era tipo menu con tres platos a elegir para los primeros, los segundos y los postres.
El desayuno era buffet y fue muy correcto.

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at Crisol La Selva Hotel. The staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Their exceptional hospitality truly makes a difference. Every year during our music festival, they graciously allow us to use their meeting rooms for rehearsals, which has been incredibly helpful for our group. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, providing a perfect environment for both rest and preparation. We are already looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Hôtel confortable situé dans une jolie petite ville. L'accueil est excellent, les hôtes très prévenants. Ils parlaient aussi français. Ils ont été à l'écoute de nos moindres désirs. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. Petit bémol, le wifi semble ne pas passer dans toutes les chambres. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Great stay. Clean rooms. Bella from nearby church were going off every 15 mins all thru the night. Not a big deal. Wish the hotel would use cleaning supplies with less fragrance
