I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The experience was excellent and very enjoyable in every aspect. The staff were extremely cooperative and always willing to help, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The breakfast was varied and of high quality, with many options to choose from, catering to different tastes.
Special thanks to Mr. Francesco for his kindness, professionalism, and great support throughout the stay. His friendly attitude truly made a positive difference.

Personal super amable, desayuno muy delicioso y completo, las camas cómodas, muy limpio, super bien ubicadp a 200 mts de la estación del metro y de la Plaza de Cristobal Colon, barrio muy tranquilo. Me volvería a hospedar allí con toda certeza

This is an excellent location with excellent services! Have very good free breakfast 🍳, all our questions got answered by these very friendly staff at front desk! I travel a lot, and they are really the best! I think this should a at least 3 star hotel! Elegant with a few hundred years history. Very nice 👍, we are very pleased with our stay !

La habitación cómoda, cálida, agua caliente, desayuno bueno. Bien ubicado, incluso caminando te puedes mover a muchos lugares turísticos.
Lo único que no me gustó fue que me encontré una araña en la cama, durante la segunda noche. Tal vez necesiten hacer una fumigación más profunda. Por lo demás muy bien, las personas de recepción muy amables y nos ayudaron con buena información de cómo trasladarnos.
