Once I entered my room, there are 3 male staffs inside my room! they were fixing the overhead lamp. I was so shocked to see strangers once I entered my room! There are too little facilities inside the room, only one cup is provided for a twin room, isn't it weird?!

There’s no hot water two days out of three @ 7.00am, 5.00pm and 11.00pm. This place has a hot water problem. Had to wait for hot water constantly to shower. Front desk staff nice.

The location was very good, within minutes of La Rambla. We were very disappointed there was no mini fridge in the room for water / drinks, and no coffee machine in the room to make early morning coffee which we have come to expect when staying in hotels. Our room was very small with no view. A small outdoor space with no view - likely fir guests who smoke. Otherwise service was good.
