酒店近蘭布拉大道及地鐵站，交通和飲食都十分方便。絕大部分職員態度親切。而浴室有異味，開抽氣扇還無法除去。

房間乾淨、簡約，盥洗用具須自備，無熱水壺、小冰箱

Once I entered my room, there are 3 male staffs inside my room! they were fixing the overhead lamp. I was so shocked to see strangers once I entered my room! There are too little facilities inside the room, only one cup is provided for a twin room, isn't it weird?!

Great place. Definitely not the Iberostar but you get what you pay for. Nice room, service and front desk. 5* for me highly recommend.

La atención de a muy buena

The staff was amazing, the room was great and it was overall a great experience. You're not directly on La Rambla which is nice because it isn't too congested or loud but you can join the fun whenever you'd like.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado (fica em Las Ramblas). São várias opções de restaurantes e mercados nas proximidades. Além disso, fica muito perto do Mercado La Boqueria. Tem uma estação de metrô muito próxima. A localização é o ponto alto. O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável. Uma coisa ruim em nosso ponto de vista é a ausência de um frigobar no quarto. Existe uma cozinha compartilhada, mas apenas com o básico.

Good room and location, poor wifi

This hotel should NOT be rated anything else higher than a 1 and that is generous. The dirtier room I have ever experienced. Mind that my room was the “best”in the hotel as per the staff comments. Rotten subfloor, stained walls, bugs, flies in the room. The only good thing about this place was leaving. The room was unsafe, the bathroom floor was rotting, soft, and for sure moldy. The staff that night was polite and understanding. Nevertheless, the manager/owner of the hotel should spend some time inspecting the property and making sure that the conditions of the property matches the prices they charge per night. After all it is not a motel. This hotel I on a well tourist trafficked area but it does not compete with the adjacent hotels that provide a much better service, lodging, and price than Dalia. I asked for an 80% refund but in all honesty I should have asked for a 100% refund. Mind, that I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but at the very least a clean and safe room at a midrange hotel. Disgust is not even an accurate word to describe the room. I was lucky to have found a new hotel for my 3 days stay.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful at all time which made us feel very welcome. Issues encountered was first night they gave us a handicap room and the hot water did not work, I asked for an iron that was provided but did not work. The rooms can use a little bit of an upgrade for the price we paid.

We liked the location for this property but could not get ice for our room. There was also no fridge or free water which would have been nice amenities.

All the person's who works there was so nice.they were so helpful and did us respectfully. The place was so clean.

It’s a good quality three star. We had a little balcony so a little outdoor space. Well located, nice and clean

Hotel is very old so condition was poor. Location was good but extremely noisy from outside. Air conditioner did not work - room was 28 C - front desk unable to provide any relief ie. repair, room change, fan
