Muy buen lugar, bastante amable en staff, y con mucha privacidad, solo les recomiendo que se compren unos tapones para el oído y ya con eso van a poder dormir bien

Todo tranquilo, ya que solo fui a dormir , limpio , bien personal, agradable.

Localización inmejorable con respecto a las instalaciones aceptables aunque zona comun pequeña y las tomas de corriente de las camas no funciona.

Habitación ruidosa del exterior, me desperte temprano y habían defecado en el pasillo y orinado. Camas en alto con no un buen acceso. Lo mejor el staff

Lugar cómodo y limpio, me gustó mucho que los aseos sean cubículos completamente equipados e independientes.

El ambiente era bueno, con gente de varias nacionalidades, amables y adecuados. Sobre las camas, normales. Aunque si eres un maniático de los olores este no es tu sitio. Falta ventilación en el interior del hostal, y poner algúna habitación para lavar ropa o guardar zapatos.

Todo genial, el personal súper bueno y muy atento, muy buen rollo y ambiente joven. Camas comodas y buena limpieza, servicios como el candado, cargadores… a tu disposición por si te falta. Yo cuando vuelva a Madrid vendré aquí

The property is in a good location - appears safe with good shops/restaurants nearby and walkable to main attractions. The staff were helpful - bed was comfortable and the bathrooms clean - the water doesnt get very hot. These are not seperate rooms - it is one big L shaped room with all the bunks together. Stayed in a Deluxe double bunk - unsure what the duluxe part means? Was a light with a USB port but did not appear to be different from any other bunk. With been a deluxe bunk thought that it may come with a complimentary towel/lock (Towel €2) if required but did not, so again unsure why deluxe. It also faces on to the street so you get the light and noise from the street. It is also near the entrance to dorm area and you can hear all the noise from the lounge area. The bunks are also warm and the weather when we stayed was cool so unsure how it would be in hotter weather. Very small kitchen area with no real facilities, although is a kettle and fridge. No sink for washing up.

I am so disappointed. To all students or anyone staying here, please be careful and always ask questions and for clarifications if something seems suspicious. I was so excited for this experience, but I have a feeling I got scammed. My stay was from June 21st - June 24th and I made the payment in March. When I arrived, a tall man with glasses claimed that I hadn’t paid, so I had to pay on the spot but that the issue will get resolved the next day and they will guarantee me my money back. 2 weeks later, I haven’t received my refund. I contacted them today to see if they resolved the issue, and I kept receiving stalled messages and a hung up phone mid sentence. This is so upsetting, so disappointing. I’ll have to contact Expedia to see if there are any alternatives solutions for this problem.

Parece una bodega con camas, no es un hostel, el dueño se ve buena gente y muy amable, pero no tiene ni idea de lo que es un hostel y como manejarlo, las instalaciones horribles y muy básicas, tiene una sola habitación con 50 camas, donde el dueño y el personal entran hablando a los gritos sin ningun respeto por los huespedes

The staff is super! very nice folks and the property was clean. There is no separate room for girls. They use a foldable room divider to separate the girls-only section from the mixed section. As a single female traveler that wasn´t ideal. Also, the bathroom was a mixed shared bathroom with individual stalls. As a girl, this hostel is good if you are not traveling alone.

El lugar esta bastante bien. Las camas son muy comodas y en temporada de invierno no se pasa nada de frío. Los baños procuran tenerlos lo más impecables posibles. Algo que me ha agrado mucho es que las personas encargadas son extremadamente cálidas y serviciales, por lo que me he llevado una muy buena y grata experiencia del lugar.
