Clean! Nothing smelled weird, beds are comfortable and nothing was falling apart. We appreciated the layout and thoughtfulness of the added hooks on the walls, shelves, and two luggage stands. Staff is very nice and helpful. Great location. You may hear some club music on certain nights, but it's faint and muffled. I would stay here again. We stayed in the "family" room, which has a twin and double bed.

Location was excellent, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful as well. The room was perfect cause you could get everything you want. The location was great because living there you could save the money for buying metro tickets cause you could walk to the tourist attraction, there were lots of bars and restaurants nearby, it was very convenient.

離太陽門廣場走路約5分鐘，沿途很多商店與餐廳，離市區主要景點走路在15-20分鐘內皆可到。飯店有電梯可搭上樓，舒適乾淨，唯床墊偏軟稍微不適。

下次去马德里一定还住这间酒店 首先位置非常好 离太阳门超近 而且闹中取静 非常安全 酒店员工都很热情 老板娘也非常好 酒店虽然不大 但是很整洁很干净 住着非常舒服呢 算是马德里性价比很高的酒店了 而且wifi也非常给力呢

Location was excellent, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful as well. The room was perfect cause you could get everything you want. The location was great because living there you could save the money for buying metro tickets cause you could walk to the tourist attraction, there were lots of bars and restaurants nearby, it was very convenient.

とにかく立地が良かったです。アトーチャ駅に到着した時はメトロを使いましたが帰りはアトーチャ駅まで歩くのも苦にならない距離でした。
街を散策して荷物が増えたりトイレに行きたくなっても一度ホテルに戻ればいいやって感じでした。
いわゆる繁華街なので朝、外に出るとゴミが散乱していましたが泊まっていた部屋は奥だったせいか騒音は感じませんでした。
部屋は狭いし床は軋むし、ベッドは柔らかすぎて腰が痛くなりますが掃除は行き届いているし総合的にみて良いホテルだと思います。
冷蔵庫はありませんが受付で水を貰えるしコーヒーマシーンがありました。

Clean property and staff extremely helpful. Walls are quite thin and easily here other guests (some choose to shower and use blow dryer at 2am and talk and laugh all night). Room is extremely small, but manageable.
