入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天 要自己清潔 投訴無門 聯絡清潔工 要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店 知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡 沒有回應 ，網站上酒店電話 只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店 ， 正確應該有九個字， 到入住當天 只好在門口等待 ，check-out亦冇人理會 只可放低鎖匙 回港後向hotels.com投訴 ，還被職員玩， 覺得他們一點都沒有問題 ，無論酒店及網頁 都不知所謂

外側の入口、キーの受取りまではメールの内容でとてもスムーズに進みましたが、部屋のドアのロック解除だけはできませんでした。ただし、メールに対してすぐに反応してくれて、ビデオ通話で解除方法を適切に、親切に教えていただき解決しました。ロケーションは最高、屋上から見るサグラダファミリアは昼も夜も最高、部屋は私達家族4人で文句なしでした。ありがとうございました！

Excellent place to stay. Great location and views.

The rooms were clean and great. The coffee machine was not working but the host offered to replace it asap. They were extremely responsive. The location was unbeatable and we didn't get disturbed at night. The only feedback we have is that the beds were not as comfortable as we would like them.

I had the best time at this property. The hosts were awesome. I would recommend anyone that I know to make a reservation at this place. Not only the place is in the heart of the city the ambience and everything within the walking distance make it a breeze. My daughter had forgotten her soft toy in the room when we checked out- Katerina and Raquel made sure that we get it even when we came back to the town a week later. They had saved it. The communication was top notch. Highly highly recommended this place.

We just came back from a three night stay at Gaudi Apartments and are very happy with our experience. The location next to the Sagrada Familia was fantastic! Check-in was easy and communications with the personnel was very prompt and helpful! Big thanks to Katerina, Rachel and Mario! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed - comfortable beds, nice towels, great shower! We would absolutely stay here again. The roof top with pool had a great view of the church. Five stars!!

Excellent location! Spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

Great location, close to many restaurants and supermarket, good shower and kitchen setup. Appliances were difficult to figure out with no instructions provided. Lots of street noise heard throughout the night. No room for sitting on balcony but can enjoy the rooftop terrace during allowed hours. Office was very quick to communicate and help when needed. Kitchen stocked with basic essentials, allowing us to enjoy meals in the apartment. Coffee maker was a Nespresso machine, and they even dropped off a goodie bag with a pack of pods for it. Had issues with the Internet not working, but the office responded and helped make it right. Overall, had a wonderful stay!

We had an incredible stay— Enjoybcn's hospitality truly stood out, and we felt so warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The team took such great care of us, and the apartment had everything we needed, including laundry, which made our stay even more comfortable. The space is clean and beautifully appointed, and the location simply can’t be beat. Opening the front door to a direct view of the Sagrada Familia felt absolutely magical—something we’ll never forget. Mario, Katerina, and Jordi were exceptional hosts. We stopped by Torre Urquinaona to drop off our luggage before heading out to explore, and were greeted so warmly and even shown stunning views of the city. Highly recommend—this stay made our Barcelona experience truly special and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you so much Enjoybcn!

This apartment was lovely right next to all the local attractions, restaurants and bars. The place itself was clan, tidy and modern and the rooftop terrace was an absolute delight! I would definitely stay again. We communicated via whatsapp so when the hot water wasn't working they told us maintenance was fixing it, when we dropped the towel over the balcony (whoops) they brought us another and said they would go and rescue it. Really great, would highly recommend.

very good apartment with 1. very convinence with pubtransport, easy to go diff. place in whole city 2. good service and always comunicate with diff things 3. good facilities Improvement 1. consider the family accomandation, need more comsuption thing like toalettpapper etc

Lovely apartment with great views over Sagrada Família. Nice welcome food and coffee. Only issue was poor communication from Expedia/hotels.com by not passing on messages from the company.

The flat is great. It's new, very easy getting in and out. Very secure. Perfect location. The staff is super helpful. You must stop somewhere and get lots of drinking water, the water out of the tap is not good....no beuno. Do NOT drink the water. I'd be happy to stay here again and happy to stay with the team from Enjoybcn Gaudi

Amazing location, spacious and complete unit, clean and fits 6 people. The staff is very worrying and service oriented, in contact through WhatsApp. I’ll sure be back staying here 100%. Highly recommended.

욕실 하수구 냄새가 매우 심했습니다. 2일차에 직원이 와서 배수트랩에 약품을 뿌려주었으나 효과는 일시적이었어요. 욕실에 적절한 환풍시설도 없었습니다. 그리고 3인 가족이 4박5일간 숙박했는데 하루 사용할 타월만 제공되어 세탁해서 써야했습니다. 세탁기는 개별 숙소에 설치되어있지 않고 1층 공용실에 한대가 있었습니다. 사그라다성당 바로 옆에 있다는 장점 외에는 추천하고 싶은 이유가 없습니다.

The apt is 1 min from Sagradia Familia and the metro. The apt is basic. The photos make it look bigger than it is. We rented a 2-bedroom apt. However the living room had only a small coach that fit 2 comfortably or 3 very tight, as a result not all of us could seat and enjoy an evening together.
