Location is excellent, food, supermarket are nearby. Staffs are very helpful and supportive. We have found few small Cockroaches on floor and removed our luggage to sofa when needs to open. It would recommend to provide Luggage rack.

位於西班牙廣場附近，到各著名景點步行可及（1小時以內），安全管理很好，也有自助寄物櫃，附廚房及客廳、洗衣，空間坪數夠、是定點旅遊「家」的選擇之一

设备很好，漂亮，和描述的一样。下次还会入住。房间的卫生条件一流，值得推荐。有多住几晚的冲动。交通便利，购物方便。性价比高

Staff 服務很好，很週到。房間內甚麼器材都有，樓下就是邊利商店，自己買些食物上來加熱就是早餐，連咖啡機都有，櫃台還有磨好的咖啡粉給你戴上房間現沖咖啡。房間性價比很好，若是4口之家的旅行，非常值得推薦

近捷運站，乾淨但浴室缺擺放個人用品的空間設計，多些貼心設計比較符合這有點貴的房價。

Location of hotel is good! Just very short walking distance to metro! Just a few stops to centre town! The firing desk people is helpful! The room is spacious and comprehensive! I love it!

Very close to metro station and supermarket. The room is spacious and furnitures are clean. Receptionists are friendly and patient. However, the only fly in the ointment was that the electric power was tripped off for half an hour at the first night we stayed.

基本上設備齊全，客廳和餐廳完整，尤其是廚房設備更棒。浴室和廁所在一間，可以有木門鎖起來，隱密性佳。唯一的缺點是沐浴水量太小。另有獨立的臥室。兩人睡雙人床，一人睡客廳沙發床，一人睡客廳陽台拓出去的床，都很舒服。四天打掃一次，挺乾淨的，需要的咖啡茶包和沐浴乳洗髮精衛生紙可在一樓廳旁自由拿取補充。在地鐵要道，公車及機場巴士路線附近。附近有百貨商場美食廣場。周遭有許多小美食店，令人驚艷。治安不差，鄰近巴塞隆納大學，偶有大學生氣質的人出現在路上。不會像廣場和市場區人山人海，有安全疑慮。服務人員以工讀生最為超級熱情善良，可惜正職人員雖客氣而有所"原則"，不太會給你太多例外和方便。一樓有桌上電腦可以免費快速上網很方便，也可寄信給他們免費印出例如門票等等。

1. 地點: 位於 L1 Rocafort 地鐵站出口,附近巷子有許多雜貨店or小型超市可以買水及水果.非常方便. 也可以坐三站到Catalunya 的El Corte Ingles 百貨公司超市Shopping. 2. 房間寬敞舒適, 亦有設計感. 3. 附近也有許多當地人吃的餐廳, 價格適中.

離捷運很近，屋內器具齊全，人員服務態度良好。

房間寬大、交通便利。CP值很高，值得入住。

Just don't know where to put the garbage when the can is full. No way to get the tea and other things when reception is closed.

整體滿意，如可隔天打理房間更好

地點好，服務人員親切，乾淨整齊。有齊備的用具，餐具可自己準備餐點。網路穩定又免錢，整體都很不錯！不過可能因為是公寓式，它沒有提供洗髮精，洗澡乳，牙刷等等。但有吹風機。

Fantastic location and convenient for families. Loved staying here!

My husband and I really liked staying here through our Barcelona trip. The apartment itself was clean from the start, and there was someone at the front desk at reasonable hours who answered our questions and got us a cleaning despite a mix-up on days. The location is of course wonderful and we chose it precisely because it was close to the subway and within walking distance of the Plaza Catalunya. But what was also wonderful to discover was great coffee across the street, a grocery store on our block, and at least 2 excellent local restaurants no more than 2 blocks away. Highly recommended.

Really nice property would stay here again

The property was clean on arrival, but the bedroom had a strong odor that made it difficult to sleep. Staff were friendly, though not very helpful when we asked for an extra bath towel. The rooms are accessed by elevator, which worked fine unless someone left the door open—then it wouldn’t operate and we had to take the stairs. On the positive side, the neighborhood felt safe and very walkable, with grocery stores in every direction. Would I stay here again, yes, but not a first choice.
