Nada que ver con el hotel… y por el mismo precio… habitación vieja, baño sucio en la zona de la bañera y ventanas. Trato poco agradable respecto a recepción. No me volveré a alojar aquí

Bed bugs!!! I can’t sleep, got bitten all over! I need a refund ASAP.

Für mein Haustier war es in Ordnung. 15 Euro pro nacht hat es gekostet. Es gab immer ein sauberes Zimmer. Das Hotel ist außerdem sehr gut in der ruhigen Stadt platziert. Aber das Essen war schrecklich. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen da und wir haben Halbpension für 10 Tage praktisch umsonst bezahlt. Keiner war damit zufrieden. Das Essen schmeckt schrecklich! Und es wird meistens so lieblos serviert. Sogar die Salatoptionen waren mit Wasserresten oder von der Dose serviert… nur 2 oder 3 Brotvariationen gab es… Kaffe ohne Geschmack… also, lieber dort nicht essen. Meine nette Empfehlung.

Buffets p'tit dej et dîner très moyens. Confort chambre correct mais balcon très très petit.. climatisation en panne, wifi mauvais fonctionnement. Pas d'éclairage de secours au niveau escaliers; 4 étages dans le noir suite à panne d'électricité demie journée en Espagne. Prix correct mais hotel RH AURA beaucoup mieux

En general nos ha gustado los 4 dias que hemos estado en el hotel, simplemente como mejora, el buffet algo escaso o monótono, porque hay poco variedad de platos principales, un poco como la comida del hospital…… muy mejorable y la organización para sentarte en las mesas, la cama un poco incomoda pero pasable. Por lo demás todo bien.

Muy buen sitio para estar en vacaciones, tienes la parte de estudio o la parte de hotel, la comida muy buena tipo buffet, las habitaciones limpias y comodas, hay Spa, piscinas, terraza chill out, billares, etc.

Desde nuestra llegada fuimos atendidos muy amablemente en recepción. La habitación del estudio está muy bien. Es amplia, cómoda y muy práctica. Con mucha luz exterior, incluido el baño. Lo único mejorable son las cenas, los platos cocinados no estaban muy acertados. Sin embargo, el desayuno sí, muy bien

Great checkin (the young woman working front desk was awesome). studio suite is utilitarian and just fine. Arrived late, but didn’t want the big buffet dinner on offer in restaurant(looked good though!)…limited options for room service. Recommend.

I booked a seaview and the Hotel has the name "Playa" in it. The Estudios are infact 400mtr from the beach. The "seaview" is at best partial. You have to look over a roundabout, across a waste land and either side of a tall wide apartment block to glimpse the sea. I felt this was mis-representation of what they are selling. The room needs updating and the single glazed windows doesn't restrict the noise from roundabout. The balcony was only big enough for a small table and 1 chair. Not for a couple. The room was noisy. We could hear our neighbour snoring throughout night. The toilets flushing down the soil pipe loudly and cisterns filling. A poor child was coughing most of one night either below or above us. Two dogs barked everytime we went past their door or their owner rang the door bell. Both sounds were very clear in our room. The doors to the apartments banged loudly throughout the floor and if force was used, you could feel the vibration when you were laying in bed. The bar area in the hotel and the staff were nice and the food plentiful which was why I gave a score of 4, otherwise I would have rated it lower. Fortunately we were only there 3 nights but I felt I had wasted my money.

Notre déception est due au fait que la chambre située au 1er étage n’était pas du tout insonorisée : bruit dans le couloir, chute d’eau des étages au dessus (chasses d’eau…), douche de la chambre voisine. Nous n’avons pas pu nous reposer et dormir correctement.

I’ve stayed here for two diff trips. It’s a good hotel. I did have to change rooms cuz the room by the elevator was loud from the mechanisms to make it go up and down. But it’s a good hotel. Most of the staff was friendly except one girl whose name I forgot. Close to the beach.
