firstly, the staff are informative but not really want to help. Besides, the room is clean but not in a good condition, after i went out for sightseeing, the room was terribily hot, i called the housekeeping to have a look of the air conditioner but no response afteri called for the second time, the staff told me that today was sunday so no one will come to fix it! The only way was to change the room. Unluckily, the new room was too cold to stay.The location of hotel is ok, 8minutes to subway and 8minutes to the beach.

Super friendly staff. Spotless cleaning. Lovely rooftop bar and pool with beautiful views—over the city on one side and the sea on the other. Good breakfast. Spacious family room with a separate children’s bedroom. Nice location in a quieter part of town, close to the beach and a good Argentine restaurant nearby.

Great hotel location. Simple rooms. Only one lift operating caused some irritation. Rooftop bar provides a great vibe. The beach is an easy 5 minutes walk away.

Great location, away from the noisy tourist areas, close to the beach with outdoor exercise equipment. Loved the rooftop pool, be aware it is not heated. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful. Can pre-buy tickets to many attractions at the hotel. Hop on off bus stop close by.

It was a good hotel. Couple of issues, the self closing doors for the rooms slammed therefore there was a lot of slamming doors when people were coming and going thus there was noise. The hotel is away from city centre but metro is 4 blocks away.

Just a quick overnight stay so it served a purpose of a quite comfortable bed and clean room with good water pressure for shower

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations — especially for €190 per night. The biggest issue was the noise: we could hear everything from neighboring rooms, and even worse, the air conditioning unit made a loud humming noise even when turned off, which made it really hard to sleep. We switched rooms, but then the WiFi didn’t work at all in the new one, so we were without internet for the rest of our trip. Staff offered complimentary breakfast to make up for the issues, but it wasn’t much of a consolation — the breakfast was poor, and the bacon was undercooked. On top of that, we found ants in the bathroom. The hotel feels outdated and worn, and while there is a shared rooftop terrace, it wasn’t particularly enjoyable — the chairs were uncomfortable, and there was often loud, unpleasant music playing. Overall, this stay was bad value for money. You’re paying a premium price for a good location, but that’s pretty much the only positive. Wouldn’t return.

Allt var verkligen toppen. Nära att gå till mässan också. Superbra frukost! Det enda som jag var lite besviken på var att det var stängt upp till roof top och pool.

I don't know how this place gets a 4* rating. Although there were 2 small plastic bottles of water in the mini bar (nothing else), there were no glasses provided to drink the water from!

The check in host, Albert, was very helpful and highlighted local tour areas and areas to be wary of pickpockets. Very friendly and curteous with good english language skills along with other members of vheck in staff having good english and french communication. Making check in and questions easy. The rooftop view is also lovely with a pool and bar thats in operation certain parts of the year. The rooms and beds do leave a little to be desired as if you have noisy neighbors above or beside you they can be heard easily. The bed was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep though you woildnt decribe it as deluxe. All in all a good hotel with a great staff for a very reasonable price. With the location close to the beach being the cherry on the preverbial cheese cake.
