Hotel é bem antigo, atendimento excelente, localização também. Café da manhã bem saboroso.

located in a high end zone with walking distance to all major places. Easy parking，helpful stuff，good amenities. Good pick！

Perfect stay after being on the Camino.

Buena ubicación , habitaciones cómodas , pero realmente nada que resaltar del hotel , el personal es amable , en la reservación decía que botella de espumoso para la llegada , y no la dieron que porque no les había llegado la confirmación , a mi gusto le falta ambiente y calor humano , la decoración es muy bonita pero nada más por resaltar , no probé la comida

This hotel is not 5 Star in my opinion. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the artwork was beautiful but the rooms were rough around the edges, the gym was basic (and most of the machines did not work). The pool was small cold and featured odd underwater windows onto and office.

Bra läge för att upptäcka Santiago de Compostela, nära till allt. Bra parkeringshus även om det är mycket trångt, här finns anvisade platser för hotellgäster. Följ skyltarna. Ta en biljett i infarten och få den validerad (och betala) i receptionen. Bra bemötande, helt ok frukost och rummen hade bra AC. Saknas halkmatta i det superhala badkaret när man ska ducha.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. We stayed in a suite which was huge. Quiet room with thick black-out curtains. Everything was really clean - great shower. Loved having use of the swimming pool. Very relaxed atmosphere around the place in general. Friendly and helpful staff. The only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the acoustics in the breakfast area. This is not a reflection on the staff there, who were great, but it’s so noisy which detracted from a pleasant environment in which to enjoy breakfast.

We paid $$ to stay in a really nice place at the end of our Camino. Beautiful lobby, very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful room with a good bed, bathroom and good location. Everything was great except for the bed bugs. My wife got about 20 bites. It takes 7-10 days for bed bug bites to heal. We reported this to the front desk the next morning. They didn’t offer to comp us for the room. Just “sorry” we will take a look. We expect better cleanliness and care from a hotel in this price range. Will never book with Eurostar again.

Hotel antiguo pero bien conservado, decoración con arte por todos lados, muy buena ubicación, solo eviten su desayuno buffet que está super limitado de opciones y no vale lo que cuesta, saliendo a mano derecha hay una cafetería que por la 4a parte de precio desayunas lo mismo.

Good location, next to everything. Big and comfortable rooms. This was our second time there and we will go back for sure.
