Breakfast options are too few and the light is too dark.

This is my third times in this hotel and stayed with satisfaction. I stayed 4 nights and came back 4 days after. Hotel promised to give me back the same room on return but they did not live up to this promise. That's still fine but a little unhappy as promise not kept.

Breakfast and location are excellent. Nevertheless, the design of the shower is a failure. The shower handle is too thin and hard to grasp

我的房間在一樓，正下方係餐廳，星期六晚上餐廳有宴會，強大的音樂播放至晚上十二時，嚴重影響休息

新酒店，整體乾淨舒適，只是除了了最大的suite room外，其他都沒有浴缸，還有就是燈制開關安排有點混亂外，其他一切也很好！

1 房間很大, 早餐很棒, 需要的話, 飯店會免費提供熱水或熱水壺 2 飯店位於火車及地鐵站附近很方便, 鄰近Gracia大道, 治安不錯, 晚上也很熱鬧 3 浴室的排水不太好, 水容易溢出到門外, 只能靠門外的腳踏墊吸水 4 很糟的是,牆內會傳來樓上水管排水聲,因此,樓上房客晚歸洗澡或早起盥洗,排水聲都會影響睡眠,房門的隔音也不好,一個五星級飯店實在不該出現這麼基本的問題

Great hotel. Central to everything. Beautiful, modern room.

Room was kept very clean with the excellent shower and the bathroom facility. Breakfast at this hotel is excellent with excellent seating and wonderful of choice of food and coffee.

The hotel room was clean and the receptionists were excellent and accommodating!

The hotel did not inform us about the Barcelona marathon and the road closures so we almost missed our flight. The room also smelled like sewage at times.

Front desk workers were so nice and helpful! They were able to check us in early which was amazing because we had a long day of exploring. The bartender Saad was the best part of our stay at Eurostars Barcelona Central!! Beds were comfy and room was roomy and perfect for 3 of us. In a PERFECT location pretty central to most everything. Would definitely stay here again!!

La llegada: Nos hicieron esperar y nos entregaron la la habitación hasta las 4pm, lo cual fue muy desagradable, venimos de un vuelo de 12 horas, que se traducen en día completo de viaje por los cambios de horario, así que ese detalle no fue el mejor comienzo, la habitación la 213, el segundo piso, no nos dejó la mejor vista, el armario con la puerta en mal estado, daba mucho trabajo deslizarle, hacía falta la cómoda que va debajo del T.V, desde nuestra experiencia en hoteles. Somos tres personas mi sobrina de 15 años, mi cuñada y yo. y la habitación constaba de una cama individual, nada cómoda, y una cama grade, que esa era mejor en comodidad, la ropa de cama requiere renovarse, no tiene el mejor aspecto. Para el día siguiente, debido a que teníamos un tour temprano solicité nuestro desayuno para llevar, al bajar ya estaban nuestras tres cajas de desayuno, bien planeadas, la manzana muy buena, y aproveche para decirles en recepción acerca del armario y del mueble que va debajo del TV, porque si hace falta y solicite un cambio de habitación y bueno para hacerlo breve, si arreglaron el armario, y nada más, la habitación era la que era por mi tarifa que había pagado la cual fue muy costosa, el personal de 100 en amabilidad, el desayuno muy bueno, el chef de origen Dominicano un caballero, las personas que atienden el desayuno Ana y el señor que me disculpo por no saber su nombre, también de 100, la ubicación muy buena caminando llegas a muchos lugares, nos sentimos muy seguras!
