The room was over booked, I can only choose from an inferior room type compared to the one I booked or a standard room without air conditioning for a night. The front desk staff was in bad attitudes. It was totally disappointing that the hotel did not take any action or think of solutions in the afternoon before I arrived the hotel at 2100. The smaller room was unacceptable though I chose under no alternatives. I seriously urged for the refund of the room rate different for the first night of stay.

地點極佳，離巴特婁之家、蘭布拉大道近，但因此次房間旁邊是電梯，隔音較不好，影響睡眠品質。

El hotel es más 3 que 4 estrellas. Nada más llegar ya nos dijeron que no habia sitio en el parking, sin mucha simpatia por parte el personal de recepción. El ascensor funciona mal, con ruidos y vibraciones muy estrañas. La habitación no estaba lo que diriamos limpia y en el baño habia pelos en la bañera. La calefacción no la pudinos encender porque hacia un ruido insoportable y para más sorpresa no habia ni una miserable manta para pasar la noche. No fue posible hacer reclamacion porque en recepción casa vez que bajabamos no habia nadie, y al hacer el chec out, no apetecia meter jaleo. Para nada es un hotel acondejable, Lo unico que podemos decir bueno es la situación, pero no volveremos.

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt, god service. Og renholdet er bra, men det er veldig lytt mellom rommene.

The hotel was in a great location, with great transport links but also in walking distance of lots of tourist landmarks. Very clean hotel and lovely polite staff.

Great location. Front desk staffs are friendly and efficient. Room size is average but don't have much lightings. I stayed one night before going for the cruise in BCN and I stayed one night at this same hotel after get off the ship. The room was decent and clean for the first night I stayed. However the hotel room was not in a very good shape for my second stay. The tiles inside the room and the bathroom were uneven. Water mark stain on the edge of the bathroom walls and the doors. There must be a flood inside the room sometime ago but not repaired in detail after. I was very disappointed with that.

Un hotel muy próximo a la Plaza Cataluña, centro neurálgico de Barcelona. Buenas vistas desde el noveno piso (el Tibi Dabo, la Casa Batlló...) Buenas instalaciones.

Avevo richiesto due stanze con letto matrimoniale e ne ho avuta solo una. Le due stanze erano una al terzo piano e una al settimo. Il personale si è rifiutato anche di unire i due letti singoli con un solo lenzuolo.

Good location near las ramblas. Walkable to sagrada familia.

The location is great, close to Paseo de Gracia. The hotel though is expensive, aged, the cleaning upon arrival was not great (floor was sticky) and phone was not working to call reception... Very bad value for money overall. I will not come back until it is modernized.

Very timely check in, wifi does not work, value for money just not there even for location and comfortable bed

Bed was uncomfortable, walls were super thin, and there was mold in the bathroom/shower. Don’t know how this is considered a four star hotel. Staff was kind and that was the only upside.

Very good breakfast. We ordered a double bed but got two singles made up as singles and pushed together. TV had no english speaking channels.

Older hotel needing an update in washrooms but staff very helpful and pleasant

It’s location was about the only good thing.

Close to restaurants and shopping stores.

Room was tiny, the bathrooms need renovation, but it is very well located, breakfast was good, and staff was great.
