櫃台到房間太遠，動線設計上只有單一路徑可到達，不太方便。

I lost my passport and credit card,so I must delay and change all of itinerary.The manage and all of front desk to do with air flight and booking hotel for me,the process is very complicate,but they are very patiently and kindly to do everything. I never seen that before,I am afraid of if I don't stay this hotel I don't know what will happen to me

Hotel proche du centre de Sitges 5 minutes en voiture les chambres sont spacieuses, le petit déjeuner est tres copieux et le cadre autour de l'hôtel est magnifique.

Fin utsikt mot havet, rommet som vendte mot havet hadde ganske mye støy fra tog som passerte i front. Veldig langt fra resepsjonen og restaurant når man hadde havs utsikt. Til å være et såpass nytt hotell relativt slitt stedvis mye flekker og vann skadde dører og kanter. Fikk hender fulle av olje/fett når man skulle lukke balkongdør da de hadde prøvd å smøre opp denne til ingen hell.

El lugar es espectacular, y tiene unas vistas maravillosas, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y muy amplias y con una estupenda vista al mar ! Director, Francisco es un tipazo, una persona, súper amable y educada , al igual que su brazo derecho, Karlos !

We had a fabulous view if the Mediterranean Sea! Easy to get to downtown Sitges.

Let me first start with the staff, which is great, so nice and friendly! The room is nice, with a good bed, would say it’s more like 4 stars, but it’s omgood. The bathroon needs renovating. The sealants are yellow and on some places black and the water pressure is really low. I would make the fountain a little smaller, remove the foot shower and make a seperate bath and shower. The lunch options (near the pool but also in general) are far too limited and don’t live up to a 5 star hotel. For example no club sandwich or chicken burger. Please have a look at other restaurants there menu. The view is great, the pools are really nice and the beds near the pool also very good. One last point of critics. Paying for the spa (just the use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi) at a 5 star hotel is not okay.

Se nota el cambio de propiedad, han mantenido el buen servicio del personal, han augmentado propuestas (ejemplo: gastronómicas) pero se ha vuelto más masificado, lo sigo recomendando però hay algo que no sabria explicar… no es lo mismo que en años anteriores (casi 6 años yendo una vez al año)

Dirty shower. Such thin doors I could hear people walking in the halls. Did not get the room I ordered.

Nice property but outside center of city. Exceptionally difficult to get transportation. There’s no Uber. Taxis are extremely limited. Wait could be as long as an hour. Sometimes they don’t show up. Hotel shuttle is too infrequent and limited stops. If you just want to stay at the hotel, it’s a good choice. If you want to explore the city, not so good. Good luck getting a taxi back to the hotel after the clubs close.

Todo muy bien, excelente hotel, el desayuno abundante y de buena calidad. El personal muy amable y efectivo

직원들 모두 매우 친철합니다. 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있다는 것을 제외하면 단점을 찾을 수가 없습니다. 차량을 가지고 다니시는 분 추천 드리며 차가 없어도 호텔 앞에서 시내까지 가는 L2 버스가 있습니다.
