Personal excelente. Con gran disposición de ayuda con todas las necesidades que le planteamos, como la lavada de la ropa, explicaciones sobre el transporte y lugares a visitar. El apartamento muy limpio, moderno y acogedor.

Schöner Ausblick aber sehr abgenutzt, Basics fehlen und es stinkt. Positv: + toller von der Terasse Ausblick + ruhig + großes und helles Zimmer + sauber + sehr bequeme Betten + Handtuchservice Negativ: - Das Appartment ist völlig abgenutzt und muss dringend renoviert werden! Alles ist voller Schrammen und Kratzer. Die Küchenblenden lösen sich schon teilweise auf. - Es stinkt unerträglich!! Wahrscheinlich der Abfluss im Badezimmer. - Grundausstattung ungenügend (Keine Klobürste, kein Sonnenschutz auf einer nach Süden(!) ausgerichten Terasse, mobiles Klimagerät zu klein für heiße Tage und stinkt, kein Staubsauger ...) - Umständlicher Online-Checkin (hat erst nicht funktioniert und dann sollte ich noch einmal den vollen Betrag bezahlen obwohl bereits über expedia bezahlt. Hat uns insgesamt locker 2 Std. Zeit und viel Nerven gekostet) - Viel zu teuer für den Zusand - ist offensichtlich nur noch ein Investment-Objekt.

Der kunne godt have været lidt mere bestik og service (glas og kopper). Generelt god lejlighed, gode senge og pænt rengjort inden vi ankom

Was een prima studio. Goed om te weten dat de extra bedden geen stapelbed zijn maar bedden die aan de muur hangen en die kunnen worden neegeklapt. Voor grote kinderen is het matras te dun en niet comfortabel.

Amazing place to stay! Excellent location. The apartment has all comforts. Stunning view from balcony. Staff is very friendly and helpfully. Definitely highly recommended. Looking forward to comeback.

お部屋のお掃除がまったくできていない キッチンも床も埃だらけ ネスプレッソマシーンは粉だらけ、水も入ったまま掃除していなかった様子 バスルームは下水の匂いが上がってきて臭い ハエが多いのは、山にあるからではなく、清掃が足りないからだと思うしかありません。 建物自体はモダンで素敵なのにもったいないです。

Bon emplacement pour visiter San Sebastian. 10 min en voiture et 20 minutes en bus avec arrêt a 50 metres de l'hôtel. Superbe vue avec une grande terrasse. Bien équipé mais les poêles a frire sont abîmées et devraient être remplacées. La propreté devrait être améliorée.

The room Was great, big a confy

Clean, spacious room. Well equipped. Love the views of rolling hills every morning. 10min to town by bus or car. Conveniently located near supermarket and petrol station too. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Situated outside of the city center this place is ideal for those with their own transportation. It is quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. View of countryside from the large balcony is quite lovely. Staff is super-helpful.

Beau grand studio vaste et neuf et moderne avec superbe terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes . Situé ds un beau quartier résidentiel près d’un épicerie à distance de marche. Autobus pour aller au centre ville de San Sebastian très pratique. Personnel très gentil et serviable nous avons adoré

Extremely clean, Friendly and helpful. Laundry was great for extended travellers at no extra charge. Bus stop outside gates to take you into San Sebastián, discount passes at the front desk worked great! The studio we stayed in was fantastic! A king sized bed and 2 large bunk beds. Clean and modern, great bathroom with toiletries and large fluffy towels. Refrigerator, stove and microwave in the room. Great patio and view of the mountains! 10/10 would recommend:)
