free upgrade to magnus side, good for family holidays. but there is quite noisy until 23:00. Since people are still swimming in the pool and gathering there

We enjoyed our stay except for the incident on the Monday night where the police had to be called and they took a man away but we weren’t given any details of the outcome

Avoid this hotel. Save your money and look elsewhere. The pool is beyond dangerous - an accident waiting to happen. Way too many people for the capacity. The clientele is a glorified Benidorm. Honestly look elsewhere.

Die Anlage ist veraltet und runtergewirtschaftet. Es ähnelt eher ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Ist viel zu alt. Hat zu wenig Personal und sehr kleine Restaurants. Das Essen war Ok. Die Getränke nicht gut und alles auf Plastilbecher die gefühlt 100 Jahre alt waren. All Inclusive war unglaublich schlecht. Wir mussten auf Magnus Upgraden um das ein wenig mehr akzeptabel zu machen. All in all, ein sehr schlechtes Hotel für Englische, einfache Klientel

El trato estupendo desde el minuto uno, el personal súper agradable tanto en mostrador, bar, Restaurante, hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable, la habitación muy bonita y la cama muy cómoda

Kids paradise this hotel is great for babies and small children only book if you have under 10 year olds. Absolutely jam packed with 100s of them.not recommend for older couples or singles.

Great family friendly hotel! Super friendly staff particularly in the restaurant and Luis on the bar! Loads going on for the kids! Ten min walk into Paguera and the beautiful beach! We had a suite up by the top pool! Will definitely return!

Un fin de semana precioso

Starting with the good - the facilities are really nice for kids, the playground is big, sports courts, pools, and the baby room and gaming room gave a good range of activities. Lots of sunbeds and entertainment in the evening wasn't excessively loud or too late at night, respectful. The bad: Luggage damaged when brought to the room. The shuttle to the beach drops you at a random side road, the return due every 30 mins, didn't arrive and 50 mins later still no sign and a growing crowd (no answer when calling the hotel) resorted to a taxi. The worst was a cleaner removing personal items from within the bedside table, when I went to reception it was concluded she'd thought things were trash and they accept no responsibility for any items outside the safe. So fit your cases in the safe cos everything is fair game for being taken apparently! The mildly bad bits - The hotel is not for anyone with mobility issues, granted the hotel can't control the geography but it's worth noting, also the pool was freezing. Another issue was lots of shouting and swearing amongst small kids and a few fights, also a group of teens climbing the waterslides at night with no staff intervening. The food was ok, breakfast by far the best and has gluten and dairy free options but then nothing at other meals and a serious lacking of fresh fruits. If you're vegetarian prepare for chips, bread and pasta, vegans would be starved.

Una vacanza da sogno Fergus ci ha coccolati durante tutto il periodo, dalla struttura stessa al cibo e alla posizione tranquilla ma vicina al centro .La navetta che per ben 8 ore fa la spola dalla struttura alla spiaggia .Unica nota , il letto molto duro ma è molto siggettivo .Per tutto il resto la consiglio vivamente a tutti .Non vi pentirete Ci tornerò sicuramente

Una estafa,no tiene nada que ver con lo que te venden

El personal es muy amable, desde el primer al último de ellos. El único pero es que es en cuesta y el suelo es muy resbaladizo. Tuvimos un percance y acabamos en urgencias con un esguince de muñeca.

It’s not how it looks, and it is in no way 4* accommodation. The pictures make out that there is an adults only pool, that’s ambiguous. It also looks like it’s a peaceful place with some kids here and there. Nope, it’s full of kids. It’s not a place for couples of any age unless you have kids. It’s no good if you have teenagers either. Do not upgrade to magnus. It’s not worth the band it’s printed on. You are meant to get premium drinks, but they still give you the local aviation fuel like everyone else. The only good thing about it is the breakfast is slightly better than the normal all in, but when you see the normal band guests getting food in the exclusive area, you wonder why you wasted your money on the upgrade. Beware of torpedo parasols. The wind catches them and they left and clock people on the head. (This is true, I have the bruises) you may be unfortunate to get a room beside pool pumps which will probably keep you up half the night. (And if you can’t get premium drinks then you’re not gonna be drunk enough to dull out the noise) so basically, it’s terrible. The pool bar in the Magnus area serves some decent food throughout the day. Beware of the sprite running out at the machines, Oddly smells and tastes like methane. If you ask for bottled water they only give you one and look at you like a thief if you ask for more. In all, the company may as well be wearing balaclavas. Overpriced and false advertisement. They just want the money.

Les + : Chambre rénovée ; buffet varié et de qualité. Proche commerce et rue piétonne. Les - : la formule all inclusive n'inclus pas les cocktails, piscines de petite taille bondée dès le matin. Attention si vous avez prévu de passer vos journées à l'hôtel à lézarder au bord de la piscine il faut s'y prendre tôt et aimer les cris d'enfants. Hotel parfait pour les familles ayant de jeunes enfants. Population de l'hôtel à 80% allemande. Aucun membre du personnel comprenant le français lors de notre séjour. Pour nous parfait rapport qualité prix, et au vu de nos attentes (couchage et repas), sachant que nous avions choisi cette hôtel pour sa situation géographique, proche de palma, de Magaluf et de l'Isla dragonera. Néanmoins à noter que les plus belles plages de l'île se trouvent sur la côte Est soit à un peu plus d'une heure de route en voiture.

Bonjour, après un séjours dans cette hotel je me permet de ne pas le recommander. Hôtel pour les allemands anglais ou les familles. Si tu cherche un hôtel avec un vrai all inclusive passe ton chemin, tout et soumis à horaire ( ouverture de certains bar vers 16h et fermeture du dernier et seul bar ouvert le soir à 23h petante. Le repas du soir est servis jusqu'à 21h officiellement, cependant à 20:30 il commence à tout enlevé du self service et ferme l'entrée au restaurant... Si tu est un français sans enfants en vacances je te conseille de passer ton chemin car des vacances où il faut regarder sa montre tout le long pour être sure que tu vas pas rater les horaires des repas et bar ce n'est pas des vacances cependant si tu est une famille avec des enfants en bas âges ce club et fait pour toi.

Ganske godt hotel med venligt personale. Der var pænt og rent, på værelserne,de 3 pools, samt hele området i sig selv. Det er hovedsageligt familier med børn fra 0-6 års alderen, som er besøgende. Der er voksen pool område fra +16 år.
