There were any in the bathroom and despite the fixed the smells of sewer it kept returning. The. nice view is not a compensation for the poor quality interior.

Super location, very friendly & helpful staff, fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. Room was large and spotless each day after cleaning. Only negative was I didn’t like the pillows (but I have bad neck!).

Too expebsive for what it offered but very convenient location.

Room was quiet and clean with lovely view. Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé; tout est décoré avec goût et les petits-déjeuners sont fabuleux; mais à noter que la piscine ferme à 18h30, c'est un peu tôt!

My family of 4 stayed at this property for 4 days. Check-in was easy and our room was located in the FERGUS building behind the beachfront property. The room was spacious and the beds including the sofa pullout were comfortable. This building is the one with the pool access. The only negative is the parking situation. There is only street parking or parking in a nearby parkade. The street parking is hard to come by and you have to pay every 2 hours. Not convenient if you are on vacation. We ended up parking at the parkade which was about a 10 minute walk away. And you could pay per day. The beach itself is ok, as it’s beside the marina. There is plenty of restaurants and shops all walking distance. You can take the train into Soller which is a fun tourist thing to do. Overall a good stay for our vacation to explore this area.

Bedste placering lige ud til stranden i Playa de Sóller. Morgenmaden var virkelig god og alsidig. Vi havde betalt lidt ekstra for værelse mod vandet, det var så smuk en udsigt til bugten. Gode senge og lækkert badeværelse. Vil helt klart komme her igen.

Not a 4 star at all.

Ok hotel in reasonable location. Family suites do not have sea views, only inner court yard/walls. Staff nice but not overly helpful. Regular powercuts and parts of building without air-conditioning for days. Breakfast buffet was vrey nice, as was lunch, great location and nice seating areas. Pool 2 mins walk up the road from main buikding, clean and good size but road noise. I woulc not stay there again and wish id spent more for Esplendido instead. My partner and children were happy enough though.

I would never recommend this property. There were so many problems that the stay was extremely unenjoyable. The Wi-Fi, power, electricity, and water did not work our first day there. The air conditioning was broken the entire day, so the room was above 90°. The staff didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency to have it repaired. For a four star hotel, we expected a level of decency.

Port Soller is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. We arrived to a lovely greeting from Gregory. The entrance and front desk are well presented. Breakfast was good with a variety of food. The staff were good but a bit miserable apart from the lovely lady making the omelettes. The room was turned over well every day. The hotel is very basic and not 4 star in our opinion. Lots of grubby areas in the shower and the floor was not cleaned thoroughly. The communal toilets were smelly and disgusting with overflowing sanitary waste. The pool was round the corner from the hotel, which was not mentioned in the description, although it was clean and well kept. The location was fantastic and the beach opposite was beautiful and clean. If we were to go back Fregus would not be our choice.

We enjoyed our stay at Fergus Style Soller. The hotel/room was clean, the room space was excellent. There was some details missing, like two cups in the room but no tea/coffee option. Also, no glasses/bottle opener in the room, we had to ask the reception every time, but the personnel was always kind and helpful so overall it was fine. The pool was nice, even if it closes early at 6:30 pm. I would recommend this hotel!

Front desk was always great and helpful. Gregory took his time everytime to make sure he helped with suggestions. AC never worked the room was always humid it would cool off only a little bit at night.

Gammelt og nedslidt. Pool ligger ikke på hotellet, men oppe af vejen. Skuffende morgenmad. Ucharmerende. Central og god beliggenhed ved stranden

there was nothing unique at this hotel. Very average state of the room. Very small terras, very tiny bathroom. Walls needs to be repainted, furniture doors hanging. Not enough storage room and the entrance door that should be a fire retention door but the light comes through at the edges??? Oh i almost forgot. The window of the bathroom looks at the terras of the room next door? Lack of privacy. they can look to you when taking a shower. The service is average to. Beach towel can not be changed every day but Personel was very friendly.

Prima kamer, goede bedden, goede inloop douche. Leuk ontvangst met een glaasje cava. Uitstekend ontbijt.

Amazing location, staff were so friendly and helpful, had a beach view and it was great, breakfast was excellent.
