Excellent location, great rooms, amazing views, and friendly staff. I wish they had umbrellas on the beach ⛱️ not just the pool. We love Esperanzia is a pure pleasure

Resort was very clean. Staff were very helpful. We had the all-inclusive package which included all meals and alcoholic beverages. It also included use of the spa but we did not know this until several days into our trip. We were booked into the second building that they had rather than the main building. Not sure why. We did have a balcony and beach view which was awesome. We had to walk down many stairs outside to get to our room. It was not great when it did rain. The website said they had a cafeteria that was available from 11 AM to 11 PM, which we didn’t know about right away either. When we asked about it it wasn’t really a cafeteria it was an area in the bar where you could purchase small snacks. That was not my idea of a cafeteria. There was no hot tub, only two outdoor Jacuzzi‘s that had cold water. It was still a great vacation.

There was no air conditioning in the room. Bar lady was rude. Shower floors are poorly designed, all the water is throughout the bathroom floor. Food was ok, all inclusive doesn’t include better drinks, some generic local stuff only. The location and water fron views are very good.

The staff were very helpful, breakfast very good, great little bar and terrace. Very Clean in hotel. Rooms a bit cramped and i should have asked for an accessible one as i struggled getting in and out of bath to get a shower

Die Sauberkeit ist schwierig. Des Weiteren sollte vieles mal renoviert werden, überall sind irgendwelche Sachen defekt oder haben Flecken und sollten dringend erneuert werden.

Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel, ça ressemble plus à un dortoir avec une cantine. Il n’existe pas de service de pour monter/descendre les bagages. Le housekeeping ne travaille pas le soir, la salle de bain est tout le temps inondée et on m’a demandé de mettre des serviettes par terre! J’ai du me balader avec le papier toilette et le fer à repasser de la réception à ma chambre: une honte pour un hôtel. Il n’est mentionné nul part qu’on doit laisser une quotion de 10 euros pour une serviette de plage et 10 euros pour le faire à repasser! Il faut passer à la réception tous les jours changer sa serviette!! Il n’est dit nul part sinon doit payer 13 euros parasol et transat sur la plage, il est mentionné que l’hôtel a une plage mais finalement ce n’est pas privée. Tout le monde ne connaît pas les lois espagnoles. Le petit déjeuner est infecte, le personnel super désagréable et ne cesse de faire du rangement et du bruit pendant qu’on essaye de prendre son café. La climantisation dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas tout temps. L’hôtel n’a pas le meilleur emplacement à Magaluf. Il y a bien mieux. J’ai payé un séjour très cher (presque 1800 euros) pour zéro service alors que les hôtels à Palmanova sont bien meilleurs. Beaucoup de bruit le soir à cause des jeunes qui sortent des clubs tardivement.

Restauration simple, bien cuisinée, avec du choix, et toujours en quantité suffisante. Chambre avec literie confortable et climatisation très appréciable. Direction et ensemble du personnel disponibles, sympathiques, et bienveillants.

Fint läge precis vid havet. Under sommarmånaderna ligger det lite väl nära bargatorna då det är en del liv nattetid.

Decent location and hotel but can be a little on the noisy side come 5am when the clubs start kicking out due to it being practically right on the magaluf strip.

Det var väldigt fräscht då de städade varje dag, ok frukost. Perfekt läge, precis på stranden och nära till bargatan utan att den hördes. Väldigt bra service och fräsch pool. Nära till restauranger etc. Tyst på kvällarna men man kunde spela musik. Bra standardrum.

Hôtel bien situé sur la plage . Propreté impeccable .Personnel très sympathique. Restauration beaucoup de choix.Salle de restaurant bruyante à certaines heures. Calme au niveau des chambres.Bruit extérieur la nuit mais baie vitrée fermée bruit attenué!

Très bon accueil d’Anna à la réception, elle s’adapte à la langue que nous parlons et elle a été très sympathique, merci à elle! L’hôtel est propre, la vue de la chambre avec balcon exceptionnelle! Le seul bémol les voisins très bruyants Je recommande cet établissement

Kan omöjligt vara 4 stjärnor, i synnerhet inte matsalen som max kan ha 2,5-3 stjärnor. Man serverar inte frysta hamburgare på en sådan. Har bott på 4 andra 4stjärniga på Mallorca med halvpension och denna var inte i närheten. Är man under 35 och vill ha party är läget 10m från bargatan perfekt. Sängarna var också väldigt hårda. Läget intill strand var mycket bra och reception med personal var också bra. Hotell i övrigt och rum helt ok men är mer 3stjärnor.

Séjour très agréable en fin de saison. Tout le monde est relax, accueillant dans cette période douce et sans cohue. Merci à l'équipe du Flamboyant Caribe.
