Studio apartment was very clean if a little dated. No fan in the room. Outside area desperately needs a clean up and de-clutter of the pool area.

Daniel, the host is brilliant. Good communication, simple pick up instructions for the keys. It was quiet, within 10 minutes walk of two huge supermarkets and felt very safe. It is great for a self catering holiday on a budget. Please be aware that this is not a 5 star hotel, but this is very reasonable, spacious, and clean for the price. I came back here because I had an enjoyable time last year... And I will come back again.

Had and excellent stay! Great communication from Daniel the host. Apartment although not modern was spotless and all linen was very clean and new. UK tv channels available. 8 mins to a large supermarket and about 15 mins to the beach, close enough to everything you could need but far enough for a bit of peace and quiet.

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pieds depuis l'hôtel, chambres simples mais spacieuses, propreté impeccable. La literie n'est pas confortable, l'isolation entre les chambres est légère, il n'y a pas de climatisation.

Excelentes vacaciones.La instalación tiene muy buenas condiciones y Daniel siempre prestó a ayudarte. Gracias por todo.

My second time staying here would definitely recommend

10 minutes walk in either direction to two big supermarkets, 15 min to the beach, excellent quiet location. Fantastic hosts, bottle of wine on arrival! Brilliant!

Really convenient place to stay, apartments are spacious and well equipped. Swimming pool area has plenty of loungers

Florida Park was very quiet and clean with convenient location. Room was large comfortable, english Channels . Daniel was very good and fantastic. Welcome drink park was a warm touch. We had a great stay.

Mi trovo bene in questa struttura è il terzo anno che vengo e di fronte al siam park e a 9 minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus ,Daniel, il gestore è sempre gentile e premuroso, torneremo anche l anno prossimo

Hôtel appartement bien situé sortie autoroute San Eugenio. Parking très facile. Site très tranquille à quelques minutes à pied du bord de mer.

Apartment was a bit shabby needs a bit of tlc but you can’t complain for the price. Beds were very comfortable & the shower was fine. Located up a hill but we didn’t mind that as everything you needed was close by.

Very good apartment. My only criticism is that there could be a little bit more cooking equipment, but we managed. Daniel was very helpful.

When I book a room with a Balcony like most people I expect to get a room with a balcony not a basement room I was given at Florida Park for 8 nights, I complained to the manager/cleaner Daniel that we were not happy he just uttered a load of garbage about us wanting a balcony on a higher floor, I did not I only wanted a balcony on any floor. This basement room is rubbish i am 6ft tall and my eye level was at ground level people lying on sun loungers looked down on this basement. Beware if you book a balcony room at Florida Park you might get a room in the cellar.

We stayed in a studio in Florida park and the studio was very large with a good size balcony that overlooked Siam Park, However if you look down you would see derelict buildings and a supply yard for Siam Park. The studio really needs an update with a piece of wood placed in the balcony door because there was no lock. I have read other reviews that describe their studio as amazing giving it 10 out of 10 they must have stayed in a different studio to us I would rate it 6 out of Ten. you can find much better at the same price.

Daniel was fantastic. He welcomed me and showed me to my room. A bottle of wine, beer water and cola all part of his ‘welcome drink’ , a lovely touch. I was living next door to a family though when I thought it was an adults only property. The mornings were disturbed because of this but I was only on a short stay of 4 nights. My room was comfortable and spacious. English tv channels and a great powerful hot shower. Thanks Daniel :).

Central location,beach is 10 min walk away which is mostly downhill with plenty of restaurants and bars all close by.If you struggle walking up hill this placevis not for as there's a steep incline to the apartment block.

Quiet location, mobility problems and a little remote.

If property will have air conditioning and little bit update on furniture our stay will be excellent.

C ero stata l anno scorso e quest'anno sono ritornata mi trovo benissimo stanza monolocale grandissima, con bagno con vasca, con terrazzino vista piscina e mare favoloso proprio di fronte al siam park. La cortesia e la gentilezza di Daniel sempre disponibile per tutto ,mare ,siam mall, siam park e supermercato a 10 minuti di passeggiata, consiglio questa struttura noi ritorneremo il prossimo anno sicuramente
