For the price, the stay was worth it and had everything that was needed! The staff is helpful and kind. In a very central and great place.

I only visited Madrid and stayed in Madrid because Barcelona played in Madrid. If I ever go back to Madrid I will consider Generator a top-shelf option.

It was good for a short stay since beds are a little uncomfortable m, other than that is excellent, what I loved the most is that is close to everything so you can get easily walking to every important place

All good except the surprise of no towels or toiletries for us. I ended up renting towels for 18€. The bunk beds were ok and in good condition.

It is a hostel. With that in mind, the staff is exellent and cater to your needs with the resources available. The location is phenomenal. They have a convenient breakfast buffet, but if you like the local food, you will do better in quality and price looking around the property.

Muy buena ubicación. El personal muy amable y te apoya en todo lo que necesites. Bufete a precio accesible. Rentas tus toallas y no te realizan la limpieza diario pero precio-beneficio está bien.

Excellent location, comfortable beds and room. Very clean and with many areas for entertainment. Area is not very quiet, but there's many activities to do around.

I was there for a couple days and is really close to the monuments and to all the tourist sites! I fell in love with the rooftop

Outrageous price per night for what amounts to a hostel not a hotel. Shabby, needs a clean.

4 stars. Convenient location, really nice rooftop view and bar area. Cons: Not huge issues but fyi - pretty full of young travel groups - so common areas were loud/busy during the day, great for groups. No soap in bathroom shower area, $6 towel rental (normal but just fyi). Sink, shower/bathroom is in bedroom area for some noise at night. Stayed here 1 day, stayed in another for 5 - I preferred another hostel in Madrid

Very modern hotel, in the heart of Madrid close to all the attractions. While I knew we were reserving a Hostel, I had not anticipated so many young people. Being in our later years this was a little overwhelming. People everywhere chattering, laughing and having a good time- but too much for us - would have preferred a more relaxing experience.

It’s a nice place but spacing between beds are a bit small we were bumping into each other . No food options or dining table or kitchen .
