Very basic room . Not really a 4 star feeling. The amount of partying late into the evening was annoying.

Rooms very clean. Restaurant good (only had breakfast). Bar open til midnight (could have been later for residents).

The internet was not working in 3 days. Extremely bad.

Our second visit to this hotel only because the location is ideal on the beach front and especially for local walking access in La Cala. Reception staff are abrupt and not at all welcoming. The corridor carpets are dirty and well worn, but the rooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and housekeeping staff are good. Infuriating that there is no iron & board available - why? Buffet restaurant is dull, as no natural light but breakfast options are good. The pool bar is average. As mentioned in my previous review, the grass area with sunbeds is awful as always soaking wet and muddy - sunbeds need an upgrade as most uncomfortable and many broken. Again as mentioned previously, this is not a 4* hotel by a ‘long shot’ and is certainly not value for money. The general condition of the hotel and amenities are well below the standard of what is expected of a 4* hotel. However, I guess because of its prime location it continues to attract repeat and new guests, but they do not really care about providing a great guest experience. Suffice to say the hotel needs a total refurbishment, but I’m guessing that will not be the case!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da. Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer schön groß mit Seitenblick auf das Meer - toller Sonnenaufgang. Frühstück war gut. Pool und Strand haben wir nicht genutzt. Parken konnten wir kostenlos in der Nähe. Uns hat es gut gefallen, aber wir waren auch nur kurz da.

Easy access to the beach, great view from the balcony. Beds very uncomfortable only book if you want to go home with a bad back from the uncomfortable beds.

Monica in reception was excellent and our prime room 427 had stunning views. Chill our bar a pleasant place to be. Room was good bathroom dated

The hotel is perfectly adequate for a short weekend break but I would be disappointed if I chose it for my main holiday. The location is excellent, there is ample parking and the reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel its self is rather tired. The photos on the website make it look some what more impressive than it is. The reality is holes in hallway carpets, dirty walls and 1980´s beige. The room was spacious with a kettle and a fridge and the bed was ok. The rooms are not very soundproof and we were woken by other guests in the corridor both nights. I am glad we did not book half board as the breakfast was disappointing. The hot food was all cold and the restaurant area was more canteen than restaurant. You have to collect your own cutlery whilst collecting your food. No cloths on the tables just cheapened the experience. On a positive note, the coffee from the machines was really tasty.

Le personnel à l’accueil est très agréable , la situation de l’hôtel est sur mer ce qui est très bien quand on est là pour une semaine plage, je recommande vivement….

Meget bra renhold, bytting av hådklær og div. Hyggelige folk i resepsjon, stor frokost bufeet,nydelig utsikt til bassengområde og sjø. Butikker, apotek og lege i nærmeste nabolag,og kort gange til sentrum a La Cala. Effektiv airconditioning. Litt mye støy fra musikkanlegg ved aktiviteter i og ved bassenget, men greit.

Quem leu muito e ia com algumas reservas tem a seguinte opinião, Estadia de Tudo Incluído (TI). Localização- excelente, vila sossegada e com muito potencial. Receção- muito atenciosos e atendimento simples; Quarto- Espaçoso limpeza, diária, a salientar que a iniciativa de mudança de toalhas a nosso pedido e não diária pois assim poupamos um pouco o ambiente. estivemos alojados no ultimo andar onde existe um som fantasma durante a noite no meu caso muito incomodativo, já tinha sido reportado anteriormente mas não foi resolvido; Sala de refeição- com um staff muito bom na nossa chegada, menos bom após a rotação de pessoal, saliento a atenção das chefes de sala 5*. Alimentação - pequeno almoço muito bom, mas após de dois dias de almoço e jantar tornasse muito repetitivo o que muda é o almoço, pode ser do meu gosto alimentar mas só uma vez e depois de questionar nos ofereceram um tipo de paelha ao jantar. Pena pois sendo um hotel de 4 * ...... Área de Lazer- Piscina e bar - piscina pequena boa para só relaxar não nadar. O bar com bebidas à "discrição". Ginásio - um aproveitamento de um espaço pouco equipado e com pouca arejamento, torna-se obrigado a abrir as portas. Bar noturno - funcionamento após o encerramento do bar da piscina com o mesmo tipo de serviço. Nota negativa para o estado das espreguiçadeira, as cadeira do bar da piscina bastante sujas, e o TI sem gelados para criança e o café de máquina se é que se pode chamar café, aconselho o Hotel usar café em capsulas.

Beautiful hotel with a great beach and easy access to all areas of southern Spain and almost in the center of the south Access to Marbella. It’s a beautiful city and all kinds of brands to shop If you rent a car, you won't lose, but arrange and reserve parking in advance at this hotel. This hotel is in beautiful city Mijas🙏
