Absolutely wonderful property. Spacious and beautiful, plus the rooftop view was amazing. Great location for the family. Would definitely book there again if we return to the area.

Staff at property were not friendly. We stayed at one bedroom and walls were super thin. Area around property was in good location but could be a bit sketchy.

Everything just perfect: location, location, location!

It's in a very convenient area in the middle of the city. It's very well kept and a very nice apartment! We enjoyed our stay! It's very safe and we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Madrid. The only thing is that it can be a little noisy at night but that's to be expected for staying in the middle of the city!

This property is in a great location which is accessible to everything. Easy check in, clean place and the views were amazing. Having a grocery store just outside the building was an added bonus. You will not be disappointed.

Nice centrally located property in a busy touristy area on Gran Via. We liked the apartment style hotel with plenty of space for our family of 8. Lots to do and see around the area. However there is a lot of city noise and the apartment does not have much noise buffering. Woke up a few times to sirens, loud talking and garbage collection. Otherwise a great stay. Would consider staying here again

Great staff and location

Exceptional property! Excellent and convenient location, spacious apartments, friendly and helpful staff.

The location is perfect seeing all sites in Madrid. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The room was quiet and could be made dark by closing the interior door. The only issue we had is that there was a demonstration going on the street and we had to walk with our luggage about a half a mile through a crowd of people. Other than that, we had a terrific stay in Madrid.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Madrid’s tourist area. Everything is walkable and lots of dining options.

Too much noise by putting the families side by side , need carpet

Only one thing when I did the reservation with Expedia I request balcony and always happening the same I have amazing room without balcony anything else was I have words super good

The property was clean and the area was safe. It is a great location and easy walk to many of the central tourist attractions. I would stay there again!
