Perfekt gelegenes Hotel im Herzen von Barcelona! Trotz seiner Größe fühlt man sich hier wunderbar aufgehoben – die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Highlight ist ganz klar das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das wirklich alles daransetzt, den Aufenthalt besonders zu machen. Zu unserem Anlass wurden wir sogar mit einer Flasche Cava überrascht – eine tolle Geste! Die Dachterrasse bietet zudem einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – stilvoll, herzlich und absolut empfehlenswert!

Excellent service, location and quality.
My only disappointment, was that I was looking forward to using the rooftop sauna before my morning flight. Even though it says it's supposed to open at 8:00, it was cold when I was there at 8:20, so I didn't have time to use it before heading to the airport.

OK huone. Palvelu huonoa aamiaisella sekä ihme lisäveloituksia koko porukalle tuli vaikka ei oltu mitään käytetty esim. minibaarista. Eivät tarjonneet mitään hotel.comin etuja vaikka olisi pitänyt olla viinipulloa, huoneluokan korotusta yms.

Nuestra estancia en el Grand Hotel Central fue muy agradable. Nos alojamos en una Habitación Familiar, que estaba dividida en dos espacios separados con una puerta entre ellos, lo que nos dio mucha comodidad y privacidad. Además, el personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, volveremos pronto.
