No kettle and cups provided in the room. It would be better if we had them.

The location is abit far from the nearest metro station but its still fair to take 10 minutes walk since the weather was nice during my visit to Barcelona. However, it may be quite dangerous when you walk alone near the hotel at night. The environment and facilities are good and the bed is very comfortable. Staff are very helpful.

Great location! Rooms are basic - just for sleeping. Very clean. Most issues were with bathroom - broken button on toilet, shower has great pressure but the holder was broken.. we arrived during night and instructions where clear and simple on how to retrieve the card.

Pour 400 euros pour 2 nuits: chambre sans fenêtre. Forte odeur d humidité. Traces d humidité dans la chambre. Passez votre chemin.

The location of the hotel was very good, but amenities were minimal and staff were rude and unhelpful. We asked the man at the front where to get water from, and he pointed at the vending machine and said he’s unsure if it works but we can try. After we paid for two waters, only one came out and when my partner asked for help, he was extremely unhelpful and rude, didn’t even move out of his seat to check the vending machine or suggest a solution. Not providing water is one thing, but then not even having a safe option to buy one is another. I have never left a bad review for a hotel but this member of staff was so rude that he really impacted our stay

Hôtel mignon mais impossible de dormir. Très mal insonorisé et très lumineux. Les couloirs restent allumés et une grande fenêtre non camouflée. Aucune prise en charge par le personnel pour remédier à cet inconfort. Dommage

En general todo muy bien. Habitación limpia pero funda duvet de edredón, producía picor en la piel

It was a very decent hotel and location.

Ce n’est pas un lit double, mais un matelas posé par terre. Et duplex très limité : belle photo trompeuse, impossible de se mettre debout près du lit, et marches bien hautes pour y accéder. Enfin, odeurs d’égouts permanentes dans la salle de bain, et pièce mal ventilée. Bref, mauvais rapport qualité prix malgré les tarifs élevés de Barcelone. Toutefois bien placé, nombreux transports en commun, quartier agréable, et parking juste à côté.

Very happy with this place. We had the five person bedroom. This didn't have windows but to be honest that did us a favour as we all slept really well. The location was convenient. Shops and restaurants around the corner. Metro stations and bus stops nearby. Easy to get a taxi. Staff very helpful. The area felt safe. Would have hated to have stayed near Las Ramblas where you would have to have been on your guard the whole time. Nothing fancy but clean and tidy.
