格鲁姆斯 Spa 酒店

房間真實情況比相片殘舊很多，乾淨程度欠佳，很多塵，隔音弱，毛巾有漬。櫃檯人員服務很好，可惜酒店大堂有一種異味，酒店地點晚上有點偏僻和靜，雖然價錢相宜但不會再考慮入住。

Comfortable with the stay. Few minutes walk to La Rrambla.

The property is outdated and needs some upgrades

It wasn’t filthy but, the room floors weren’t vacuumed/swept & it smelled like cat pee. Might have been the city in general because there was construction outside but, wasn’t my favorite stay.

They need better Wi-Fi. I was on the fourth floor. There was almost no signal.

Clean room. Friendly reception. They stored our luggage before check-in and after checking out for free. Great service.

Hôtel parfait

Within walking distance to mall, promenade, etc. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation from the cruise terminal and to the airport.

Området er fint og oppleves sentralt. Det var mye støyende arbeid i gatene når vi var der, som ikke hørtes inne på rommet. Litt merkelig løsning på familierommet, hvor det ikke er vask på badet. Den står på selve rommet. Upraktisk. Bad/toalettet er også ganske slitt. Uheldig at barn ikke er tillatt på spaet (bassenget). Frokosten er veldig god og de ansatte er høflige og hjelpsomme.

Easy and

Grums hotel was in a great location to either walk or taxi to the city center. Was close to the cruise port. Breakfast had a variety of selections and was good. We had a family room for 4 people and it was very spacious with comfy beds. Both check-in and check-out staff were friendly and helpful.

We arrived in Barcelona at the cruise port and wanted to stay somewhere with easy access to the port, airport and city sights. This hotel fit the bill location and price-wise. The hotel seems to be in an up and coming area so there is A LOTof construction going on. However, it was very easy 20 min walk to the HOHO bus lines, 2 minute walk to a grocery store and 5-10 minutes from a ton of restaurants. Downsides are that all the rooms, lobby and spa area have been renovated, the hallways are horrible and smell bad. A little more care could have put on the floor in the rooms too. The vinyl had big gaps everywhere. I assume they will be replacing hallway carpet soon. The staff wax very friendly and helpful. Showers were amazing and beds very comfy (I like a firm mattress). They arranged a taxi to airport. It was 50€. It was only 29€ to Sants train station. All in all a decent hotel.

Trevlig personal fint rum med stor terrass. Fick på högsta våningen 6.Tyvärr så hörde vi hissen hela tiden samt mindre oljud från Ac n Så svårt att sova. Dyr frukost 32 Euro .

great customer service

Perfekt rum för familjen. Rymligt med riktiga sängar till alla, ingen behövde sova i bäddsoffa eller våningssäng. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
