Stunning beach view. Great staff. Loved our stay

Nice hotel, very pleasant staff, excellent restaurant manager. Good food. Half board is very good value and we paid for a room grade which gave us much more space.

This resort is amazing. From the minute you arrive you are treated like very special guests. All staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and had great views over the pool and beach. Having pool service for food and drinks was fabulous. The breakfast was included in the room rate and was delicious and a huge variety.

Our stay was truly incredible! This was the best hotel we have yet to visit. Incredible location, pool is in a perfect spot, views remarkable. We stayed 5 nights, had room service for dinner, had the dinner buffet, and visited local restaurants, everything great! Breakfast buffet is top notch. Rented kayaks and stand up paddle boards, rented a beach cabana. This is the ultimate town for relaxation. Simply put, this is a hit! Can’t wait to come back to this heaven on earth.

Very freindly & helpful staff

This hotel was stunning. The facilities were amazing. The area was beautiful and the beach magnificent. We had a a beach view suite and it was nice to have that extra room with a couch. There is nothing g in this area as it is pretty much just hotels. There are a few little souvenir shops and a couple of little supermarkets but that is all. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel was absolutely breathtaking and the service was unmatched! The beach view is stunning and offers easy beach accessibility, coupled with potential water activities. The breakfast buffet was really good and the pool bar also had great food and drinks. We did find that a lot of the excursions and restaurants we were most interested in were in Palma-- which is about an hour away--so we did commute a bit. But Pollenca also has great restaurants and we appreciated the slower, beach town vibes that the area surrounding the hotel offered!

This place is truly phenomenal. Food (which I only participated in the buffet) was incredible. I had a sirloin steak cooked to order with all of the prepared dishes being favourable and well cooked. Breakfast was the same. It was the best food I consumed over a 10 day trip which spanned Barcelona, Madrid and Mallorca and was comparative cheap. The drinks were top-class - I had a negroni which was delivered with smoked dry ice. There was musical entertainment both nights I stayed (one was three person Motown cover band which acquitted themselves quite well - I would pay to see them) Location was incredible - beach across the street, located in a quieter part of Mallorca. Multiple other beaches and hiking journeys that can be readily accessed and most tourist sites within reach. Strongly recommend renting a car, perhaps trying to do that in Barcelona (I took a L on this one with poor pre-planning) But best of all, the staff were outstanding and probably the best part of the visit (shout out to Nuno). Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, engaged and looked like they enjoyed their job. It was the most I had ever paid for a hotel to date but I have no regrets and go 20 out of 10 times

The hotel is located on a picturesque cala that is a 90-second walk away with unobstructed views from the room. The location is a great launching point to explore nearby areas (Formentor, Pollença, etc.) The hotel service was also exceptional and everybody spoke fluent English. The hotel front desk was on top of their game... in particular Nuno, Jaime, and Jaume. The rooms were also tidy. The only real drawback is that the hotel overall feels a little dated and the standard room size is a little tight.
