Good location and near by Casa Milà；Great advice from the reception

So great service from the reception and nice amenities, free bottle water and coffee. If I have a chance, I will choose H10 hotel next time.

位置便利、早餐很棒

從機場搭乘Aerobus 在巴塞隆納大學站下車，只要走20分鐘就到旅館 房間寬敞舒適，隔間很厚實，不會聽到上下左右鄰居的聲音 陽台面對美麗的街景 早餐提供各式頂級冷熱食材，沒有一樣是打混充數的次級品，我甚至吃到一顆石榴，熱食方面，我點了菜單上一份制式omelette後又臨時加點蘑菇，送來桌上的是omelette旁邊還多煎了一份新鮮蘑菇，真是色香味俱全啊！ 櫃臺的接待人員像家人一樣對旅客噓寒問暖，有天早上下雨，才經過前台要出門，Jose 見到我們立刻說下雨了，房間衣櫥裡備有雨傘喔！多麼溫馨體貼啊！ 第一天入住時就到頂樓參觀泳池，也拍了幾張隔壁米拉之家的相片，坐在池畔的沙發，真覺得愜意到可以哪兒都不用去了！

Near metro diagonal (almost city center),good public transport to tourist attraction and excellent service. 飯店鄰近diagonal地鐵站，並且有多條公車路線經過，前往球場的H8公車，到各景點都蠻(如聖家堂)都相當便利。 因為多組客人需要CHECK IN，安排我們在大廳坐著等待，並提供迎賓飲料，大廳的暖氣非溫暖，在這裡用早餐、晚餐都相當舒適。所有的飯店人員顯得很重視客人的需求，有耐心並且願意協助，非常有禮貌。 我們的房型是Deluxe Double Room，面對大街，浴室大概跟房間差不多大，浴室門也很有設計的巧思。最特別的是除了馬桶以外，蓮蓬頭和洗手台都有兩個，可以同時洗澡和梳洗。除了房間空間非常寬敞，有整面梳妝鏡、保險箱和很多櫃子方便放置物品。Mini Bar有非常多東西(包含餅柑可以取用-需付費)。 最喜歡打掃後會定期補充水、沐浴乳、洗髮精及更換毛巾，感受到高級飯店一般的住宿品質，且更加親切和舒適。

Big room and excellent staff

Room was nice, clean and quiet. Front staff was so helpful and friendly. Loved the water and brownies out during the day. Great common relaxing areas both inside and outside garden.

Disappointed that I was not told ahead of booking that rooftop bar would be closed. We went to Claris rooftop bar and will stay there next time. It was beautiful and had heaters to take off the chill.

Had an amazing terrace with view of Casa Mila. Convenient to Many sites, walkable to the most visited places. On third night our room experienced a conplete loss of water for a long stretch of several hours right when we needed showers. No sink, no toilet either. While they immediately began work to fix it, they offered no interim solutions. A bottle of sparkling wine was sent up (while still without use of facilities) presumably for the trouble but we don't drink and honestly we would have rather been moved to a working room or comped a night. Excellent reception staff, very kindly held baggage first day. Breakfast is phenomenal, don't skip the scrambled egg with Iberian ham and carmelized onions. Serving staff for breakfast were terrific. Stay here, the location is perfect.

We were there for 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. The hotel and the rooms are excellent , staff very friendly and helpful. Views from the rooftop bar are incredible not to mention the patio areas. Such a peaceful spot to enjoy a nice dinner or an evening drink. . It’s an oasis in the middle of a busy city. Highly recommend it.

Great location, extremely friendly service. Only taxis can wait out front. We ran into a snafu when the bolt drove was parked at the corner and we had a little language barrier figuring out where he was located.

Nice hotel. Nice neighborhood. Loved the rooftop and access to all Barcelona has to offer.

Rooms are fantastic! Lots of space and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast at the hotel but it was also good w a broad selection.

This place is absolutely beautiful! We loved our stay here. From the moment we entered everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The food and drinks were amazing and we can’t say enough nice things about this place. We recommend everyone to stay here for the first time in Barcelona.
