Very nice property, the staff were great and the rooms were very comfortable!
The hotel was in a great area that made it easy to walk to any of the tourist attractions and in general just explore.
Very close to the bus stations, train stations and a lot of options for taxis and Ubers near by.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Barcelona.

We did not receive a room upgrade, even though there were available rooms and this is included as part of the VIP package that comes with my Gold membership. Similarly, I had to follow up to receive the complimentary bottle of wine, and when it was finally delivered, it consisted of two miniature bottles like the ones served on airplanes. One of the two elevators was out of order for the entire duration of our stay.

Only issue we had was that there was only 1 operating elevator for the first 2 days of our stay. Outside of that small issue the hotel staff was amazing the hotel was clean and safe.

Location - walkable to everything with a metro close by. There’s water and champagne in the lobby. Lobby is spacious and comfortable.
The room is spacious it’s cold but noticed Mildew in the shower. Towel that was given to us is overused like the edge is ripped already but everything else is good.

Unfortunately I did not receive the usual VIP perks of my membership even though the booking was made weeks ago, no acknowledgement on arrival of this, no room upgrade as it was full, no complimentary bottle of wine. Lovely rooms, quiet, fabulous food
