Great location, helpful staff and great rooms. Only downside was TV mirroring didn’t work and a couple of the plugs.

Eduardo front desk was rude and unhelpful. The vibe of this hotel is unwelcoming. Weekend staff were better but not great. No one went out of their way to get to know us or make suggestions. I came back to H10 because of our amazing experience at H10 cubik. I didn’t realize all the H10 are franchised owners. I expected the same level of service but I was mistaken. We had booked 2 rooms x 4 nights at this hotel through hotels.com. We needed an extra night and inquired about booking through them instead of bookings.com. We asked if they would match the rate which they said they couldn’t but they would include breakfast. We agreed. The next day, we went to pay and Eduardo gives us the bill and bill was twice the amount quoted. We were shocked. We tell him this was double the price that was quoted the night before. He insists we misunderstood. H10s own website was less than what he was charging. We said we would book online through hotels.com. He just shrugs his shoulder. At this point, I was so disgusted and regret ever coming to H10 Casanova. Our next visit will not include this hotel. Although the service was terrible, I have to give credit to cleaning staff. The rooms were immaculate.

Wonderful stay

We arrived at H10 Casanova expecting the same level of service as H10 Cubik at our last stay. Needless to say, the staff was not very welcoming, particularly Eduardo. He was very transactional. Very unhelpful. The day staff and weekend staff were a little better but the vibe was completely different from Cubik. I should have gone back. The location was close to Barcelona University—walking distance to many restaurants. The rooms were kept clean. Decent amenities. We had booked our stay through hotels. We needed to extend our stay another day. We asked the hotel to match the rate Hotels.com had on the website. Initially, they agreed. We went to pay and Eduardo gave us another quote that was twice as much as Hotels.com and more than their own website. When we said the other worker had agreed to match, he said no she was mistaken. Amazing reception! Super helpful with directions and recommendations. The room was clean and well stocked. We also enjoyed the spa treatment. 15/10

Stay was fantastic centrally located near stores and restaurants. Easy to walk to the center of Barcelona or take the bus. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was immaculate and had everything we needed to have a good night sleep. Would stay again!

Good location, short walk to everywhere. Modern communal areas, smart rooms that had all we needed and were very clean so perfect for city break.

Lovely, clean attractive hotel in a good location. Lovely rooftop bar and good food. Very reasonably priced. Only real negative was that the inset lights in the desk/TV unit stayed on all night with no means of turning them off. Also, no mirror above dressing table.

Clean room, nice hotel

Clean and comfortable room. Good sound insulation: only a very little traffic noise at times. Pleasant and helpful staff. Didn't have breakfast but the selection looked of good quality.

We did not receive a room upgrade, even though there were available rooms and this is included as part of the VIP package that comes with my Gold membership. Similarly, I had to follow up to receive the complimentary bottle of wine, and when it was finally delivered, it consisted of two miniature bottles like the ones served on airplanes. One of the two elevators was out of order for the entire duration of our stay.

Fabulous rooms, very clean. Good location. Short walks to Placa Catalunya and Placa Espanya. Helpful, polite staff. Even left a complimentary birthday gift in the room.
