The location is great, easy to transport anywhere in the island. Staffs are professional, the food is well.

I had a very disappointing check-in experience. The room was unbearably hot due to faulty air conditioning, and when I reported this to reception I was told—on two separate occasions—that there was only one maintenance person for 500 rooms. The shorter male receptionist (French, judging by his accent) showed little sympathy, offered no apology for the state of the room, and even seemed to find the situation amusing. Some customer service training is clearly needed. The only staff member who showed genuine concern was a lady named Sarah, who was helpful. The air conditioning once fixed was still inadequate so the blackout curtains had to be kept drawn which wasn’t ideal considering I’d paid extra for a sea view. In addition to the air conditioning issue, the room itself was dingy, poorly maintained and not up to the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. Furnishings were inconsistent, some rooms had lamps and ceiling fans while others didn’t. There was no kettle in the room either which is unlike any 4 star hotel which I’ve stayed in. Even though the hotel has a policy of sun beds not being reserved, no one seems to follow it which means you’ll struggle to find a bed if you leave getting to the pool until later in the day. The other slight irritations with this hotel were the limited music play list (at breakfast and dinner the best of Whitney Houston blared out) . On a positive note, the food was of good quality, the restaurant staff were friendly.

Opholdet var udmærket uagtet rengøringen på værelset kunne være bedre, mad var høj kvalitet, servicen i restauranterne var fin, poolområdet var også godt, vi vil nok vælge at tage der til en anden gang,

Pretty bad stay, from rude staff on check in to extremely rude staff in check out. No water in the room, food was very basic. Room wasn’t ready on time, definitely not worth anywhere near the €500 per night we paid.

The hotel had some positives, like good food and excellent entertainment staff who made the stay enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness was disappointing—no cleaning service, towels weren’t replaced, and there was no tea or coffee provided. These basics should have been taken care of. If they improve housekeeping, it could be a much better experience.

Nice hotel with lovely rooms with views over the pool and sea with friendly staff. The beds by the pool very busy and to close together. Overall nice place

La struttura è in un ottima posizione e si mangia bene, anche se è un family hotel c'erano davvero pochi bimbi e il mini club non era molto usufruito. L'unica nota negativa è il fatto che non ci sia una spiaggia privata, ma a pochi passi ci sono delle spiagge raggiungibili.

El spa estaba sucio y el agua con manchas, y la habitación estaba sucia cuando llegué. Solo me dejaron hacer el check-in a las 16:30.

Brilliant location & views from our rooms were gorgeous. We asked for & were allocated rooms near to one another as we were travelling with my mother in law.

Sehr schöne und weitläufige Anlage. Das Essen ist durchaus sehr gut und schmackhaft und die Restaurants auf einen hohen Standard. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer war jetzt nicht so besonders, nicht so sauber (zB. dicker Käfer wurde mehrere Tage nicht entfernt), aber dafür überzeugt das Hotel mit dem Essen. Jeden Tag gibt es anderes und auch viel vegetarisches ist dabei. Auch der Pool Bereich ist schön, besonders der Pool mit Meerblick.

Management of pool are was very good and felt very safe with different activities for the children throughout the day. Good choice of food and drinks sometimes food was left under the heat lamps too long .There were not enough sunbeds for number of guest so had to get up before 8am to get one.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and great location.
