We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long overnight flight. I had an issue that required internet service and they were happy to oblige with a log on and password. They stored our luggage and offered a place to clean up and change. Check in was 3:00 pm. We went out to see the city which was magnificent. Diego, Fati & Frank went out of their way to make sure we were having a great stay. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was wonderful. We ate lunch/dinner at Atik bar/restaurant upstairs at the hotel, the Iberico ham croquettes were life changing. We were right around the corner from the Placa de Catalunya and a Hop on Hop off bus stop and La Rambla. We did not have enough time to see Barcelona properly, I see a return trip ti H10 Cibik in our future.

The common areas were very nice and the hotel location is good. Our Junior Suite - while spacious - was in need of renovations. The bathroom door could not be closed, the shower water membrane was broken (so water came up through the floorboards in the suite during and after a shower) and the televisions would come on at random times during the night. The lift was damaged so when the door opened on our floor, it was like fingernails on a chalkboard. I would stay and an H10 again, but maybe not this one.
