Excellent location, clean and safe. Wifi was spotty but still worked. Would stay there again. Staff was very accommodating.

The staff were friendly, helpful. the hotel had an electric charging station which was wonderful since my rental was a hybrid vehicle. Made the modest parking fee worthwhile. The rooftop bar offers wonderful views. My room was comfortable, the shower good size and with plenty of hot water. My only sadness was not having a balcony which was requested, and a top floor room. 4th floor wasn't bad, and I didnt hear any street noise, so the situation could have been much worse. The Metro is also just a very short walk away. All and all I'd stay here again.

Tolles Erebnis! Es hat rundum einfach gepasst und ich komme gerne wieder. Besonders Marcela hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einem wunderbaren Erlebnis gemacht. Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und die Rooftop mit toller Sicht auf die Stadt lud zu einem Drink und Sonne ein.

An excellent stay. Hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of many local attractions and restaurants.
We originally had a classic room on the 5th floor however after one night we suffered a leak in our bathroom from the ceiling. The staff dealt with this situation admirably and immediately sent maintenance to inspect the problem before we were moved to a suite for the remainder of our stay. We could not fault the way this was handled.
The rooms were very well equipped with all amenities and kept to a clean standard.
It was also my birthday whilst staying and I returned to the room to find a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate desserts for my wife and I which was a very nice gesture.
We would definitely return and recommend to others staying in Barcelona.
