This was our first visit to Benidorm The location of the hotel was perfect with great Sea Views and just a stones throw from the Old Town Bars, Shops and Restaurants ... The walk into the strip was about 30mins for us but you could have easily taken a Taxi if needed and coming back we needed it too much to drink in the Strip Lol ... I would definitely stay here again ...

Pros: best staff, Ana, Randy and Jorge at reception were amazing. They were profs, courteous and pleasant. They made us feel at home the two weeks we stayed there. The hotel was awesome. It was clean, walkable to shopping, dining and sites, lobby was gorgeous. Our Jr Suite was very beautiful and practical facing the beach (room 315), breakfast buffet was Good morning. Restaurant on 5th floor was nice but limited menu. Music entertainment on fridays by Rymbenidorm was the best of all hotels shows in Benidorm. Cons: buffet dinner, pool was tiny and rooms only had twin beds

The room is amazing the hotel and the staff is great and the location right in front of the beach is great, the only thing is that around the hotel at night it can be crowded and noisy

Hotellet er en perle og ligger lige ud til Poniente stranden. Værelse og udsigt var fremragende. Der var et supergodt fitness lokale og dejligt spabad med sauna. Alt var helt perfekt.

- at bassenget er kun 0.75M dypt, som gjør at dette varmes fort opp i juni/juli( ingen avkjølende effekt) ellers nydelig hotell.

The service was good from start to finish

Nice hotel and friendly staff. I booked an ocean view junior suite, but it was on the 1st floor, so it wasn’t possible to sleep with access to fresh air/the balcony door open. I asked to change room to a higher floor, but it want possible. This was disappointing, but everything else was good

Had a 2 night stay that exceeded our expectations, on arrival we were made to feel special by reception staff and welcomed with a glass of Cava. We received an upgraded room and were pleasantly surprised at the quality and size, the hotel has a warm and comfortable feel to it and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location across from the beach and in walking distance to the old town. We will definitely return when we go back to Benidorm.

Amazing hotel right by the beach with lovely views. I opted for half board and was very impressed with the meal options at dinner time as there was something different every night, lots of salads, seafood, fresh vegetables fruit and meat/fish options. The breakfast was also good with plenty of options both hot and cold. Everyone was super friendly and professional. It was easy to get a subbed on either floor, the mini pool on top floor was very quiet if you prefer that. The room was very spacious with lovely shower. Would definitely stay again.
