Chambre bien équipée et agréable. L’hôtel est accueillant et bien situé. Bons équipements de la salle de sport avec sona et hammam. Manque un peu d’activité dans l’après midi et les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées.

Great service, impressive layout!

We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne At A La Carte dining room. nightly.

It was just "wauw" ! A beautiful place 😍👍 We enjoyed our staying so much . Super clean and so friendly peoples . Also our room was so nice and calm . We where feeling save and well cared ....💖 Thank you , we had a very nice holiday and will come back 💕

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer, bei dem nebenan die Zimmer renoviert wurden. Ab 10:00 - 14:00 Uhr gingen Bohrarbeiten los. Ein kurzer Mittagsschlaf war nicht möglich. Bei der Anfrage für den Zimmerwechsel wurde uns ein Zimmer 1 Stockwerk unten angeboten bei dem man die Bohrarbeiten genauso hörte. Das weitere Zimmer war ein Downgrade im untersten Stock, welche eine Aussicht gegen eine Wand hatte. Das nächste Zimmer hatte einen Generator auf dem Dach, bei dem die ganze Nacht ein lautes Brummen zu hören war. Leider so laut, dass man wieder nicht schlafen konnte. Danach gingen wir in das 5. Zimmer in der untersten Etage, was ein Downgrade war aber dafür wars ruhig. 3 Tage von der einen Woche Ferien waren wir nur mit diesem Thema beschäftigt. Bauarbeiten müssten kommuniziert werden bei der Buchung… Sehr schlechte Kritik diesbezüglich und daher nicht empfehlenswert.

Siamo andati la prima volta nel 2019, siamo tornati nel 2020 perche' soddisfatti della prima volta, non torneremo piu'perche'non si mangia piu'bene, e qualita' del cibo scadente, oltre ad essere sempre quella.

Ubicación excelente. Hotel muy tranquilo al pie del mar. El servicio de comedor perfecto tanto en la calidad de comida como la atención de camareras siempre atentas a la necesidad del cliente. La habitación enorme y una buena terraza.

The hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols. The hotel is well positioned as we like to walk into area rather than step into them but is only a 15 min walk to the main strip. Food at the evening was exceptional both in quality and choice. We went half board but we had the option of having lunch rather than dinner which gave us the flexibility of eating out. Plenty of nightly entertainment available with a variety of acts and black jack and pool tables. Staff were very helpful when needed and we experienced nothing that would keep us from revisiting. Would recommend the sea view rooms and the higher the better.

Hotel was closed but they didn't tell me, just let me fly out and find out when I tried to open the front door!

La estancia en H10 Timanfaya Palace ha sido espectacular. Un hotel muy tranquilo para pasar unas vacaciones con tu pareja. El personal muy agradable y cercano. La variedad del buffet es increíble.

Très bon emplacement. Chambres de bonne taille mais qui manquent de rangement à tiroir. Bouteille de vin à notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner bien mais dîner moyen et répétitif.

Mis opiniones son sobre el hotel Rubicon Palace, nos cambiaron avisando antes del viaje .

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la mer et des commerces. Grand établissement mais sans être les uns sur les autres. Large choix pour le petit déjeuner et le buffet du soir. Très bel hôtel qui offre une superbe vue sur le coucher de soleil. Les piscines mériteraient d’être chauffées pour pouvoir en profiter tout comme les chambres d’être mieux insonorisées (bruit de télé et d’évacuation), mais ce ne sont que de petits points à soulever face au tres bon séjour que nous avons passé.

Hotel muy tranquilo y de gran calidad. Personal estupendo y atento. Habitación muy grande y comfortable, con todos los servicios. La comida muy buena y con gran variedad.

Ha sido un hotel que me ha ido ganando día a día. La primera impresión no fue muy buena, pero a medida que fueron pasando los días fui captando sus aromas y sus contrastes. Es un espacio cómodo con un personal muy amable que siempre está bien dispuesto a solucionarte cualquier problema y facilitarte tu estadía. Unos días muy reconfortantes.

Deben mejorar la limpieza. Estuvieron 2 dias unas cucarachas enormes muertas en el pasillo

La ubicación, las instalaciones, las habitaciones, la tranquilidad... El Buffet perfecto, variado, y con personal amable. Un 9 para este Hotel.

Eten en personeel in het restaurant waren zeer goed. Eten in de bar kan beter.
