We really enjoyed staying at this place

Great property. Lovely area, very clean. Would return, however rooms are described as having 2 bathrooms , they don't it's one small one and in one of the bedrooms is an extra shower and a sink next to the bed it's very small and cramped. Would not stop me from returning but a little misleading

The pool area and restaurant was beautiful and the staff on reception very friendly and helpful. We had a loft 1 bedroom apartment in Ocean block. The bedroom was very small and cramped, you could not even open the wardrobe. The mattresses felt cheap and made of foam. The bathroom was dingy with a black ceiling and so dark. There was no hand towel in the separate toilet. The attention to details was just lacking here, it felt like no one cared about the guest experience. We had booked this resort as it looked like it was peaceful and family friendly, on our second night we were woken at 4.30am by screaming, yelling and partying that went on to around 6am, it was so loud and impossible to sleep through, no one seemed to come and deal with the noise and it just carried on. Not what we had expected from the property location. As above the pool area and staff are very good.

Gymmet i hotellet var dåligt. Dåligt med andelen maskiner som man kan använda, dåligt med deras skick och dåligt med nogrannhet. Att träna ben och rygg är svårt om du inte är aklimerad till en omgivning av bättre klass. Området och placeringen är väldigt väl men det är hela 70% av allt man betalar för och det är inte värt priset.

Great food.

Nyt og virkelig lækkert. Personalet på stedet løftede oplevelsen, alle venlige, imødekommende og nærværende. Men pool området er for lille ift antal lejligheder, måske lavet før flere tilbygninger? Tæller nu fire bygninger, og det ligner der er endnu et eller måske to på vej, så der skal helt sikkert laves endnu et pool område hvis det skal fungere. Især fordi man er afhængig af bil for at komme til stranden, indkøb mv. Der er pt. kun adgang via en større omvej, så vores tro om at vi kunne gå ned til byen, droppede vi hurtigt.

God rumlig lejlighed. Vi havde 10 overnatninger. Ingen rengøring eller rene håndklæder i den periode.. Fint pool område

Vattnet i kranen blev inte kallt. Bil ett absolut måste. Synd att bar/restaurang stänger redan 22, men i övrigt en bra vistelse för pengen. Fin pool och utsikt!

Stor og fin leilighet. Selvbetjent vasking og gode muligheter for å lage mat selv. Ellers så er restauranten ved leiligheten verdt et besøk.

It’s difficult to get to, there is nothing close by, the views are obscured, lots of rubbish bins by the entrance to the hotel, the rooms are really run down, marks on the walls everywhere. The sauna wasn’t working and the gym is only available to use from 9am which is too late.

It was very difficult to get to. After a few hours we contacted the property & our comfort level was magnified. We first received a link to a working map that go us to the apartment in no time. It was the immediate response from a young Ukranian enthusiasic woman who is studying hospitality (but doesn’t seem to need it) that made our stay amazing. She even helped us with detailed instructions to take the Ferry to Tangiers, links, best plans, where to park & what rules apply to car rentals. She sent recommendations for restaurants in town so we won't have to drive all the way to Marbella, get stuck in traffic & possible terrible restaurants. Ask if Anastasia still works there & check if she has moved on & they hired equally qualified & lovely young people. If so, get over the Cancun & Disney land feeling & focus on how clean & spacious & comfortable the apartment is. Wifi almost is never down. There is sun in the morning & evening. Bedding is comfortable if beds are single & pushed together. Fridge is big & all utencils are there to cook an almost gourmet meal. But be warned. The stove acts as a microwave but good luck unless you know Dutch or German. No manual or instructions are available anywhere & you would only find out if you ask the lovely Anastasia. In short the managers or owners (I understand it's a homogenous time share) need to work on a few wrinkles to make it a great vacation/work spot that I would go to again. Thank you

This property is simply gorgeous and everything is just perfect! We stayed in a penthouse suite and cannot be happier:) Amenities are top notch as well. The restaurant has a wholesome menu and the food is so flavorful! Miriam served us at the restaurant and was a keeper despite randomest asks:) Do not miss resort stay!!

Nice, relative new accommodation, in a quiet location about 10-15 minutes drive away from both Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. Our apartment had all options and amenities available, nice large sized outside terrace as well. Configuration of our appartment was a bit strange, a small bed room with a bed for two persons and a bed for two persons in the living room, separated from the room with a room divider closet. The apartment is large enough with two people but I believe it would get very cramped and occupied if staying there with 4 (especially of this would be 4 adults; a family with children could work). Also missing were curtains in the living room, so sleeping there was waking up with the upcoming sun. another point to keep in mind - Hacienda offers parking for car under the building, yet the entrance into the various decks of the parking is very small and narrow, quite some maneuvering needed to get in and out. Overall we liked the place, new accommodation, nice swimming pool. You would need to have a car to get to the cities.

A Wonderful Stay at Hacienda el Sueño! This was my second stay at Hacienda el Sueño, and it was just as amazing as the first. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant offers delicious food. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! See you soon again.

Séjour top la résidence est propre et bien équipée

Klasse Ausstattung der Wohnung alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren mit 4 Personen dortund sehr zufrieden. Es waren leider nur vier Teller und allgemein zu wenig Geschirr in der Wohnung. Keine Schere und kleine Messer vorhanden das war nicht so schön. Ein Kaffeebecher (von 4) hatte einen riss somit mußte eine Person von uns immer aus einem Glas trinken. Sonst hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.
