Good breakfast, near to train station, easy to access to airport

服务意识较差，我们房间的电视呲呲作响，联系了前台，毫无“抱歉”的意思，最后虽然换了房间，但整个过程给人的感觉较差。另外酒店的早餐也很一般。 因为租车，我们只租了一晚，需要有停车费，但酒店没有和我们沟通的前提下又扣了一晚停车费，沟通过程中也毫无“抱歉”的意思，前台一直在强调是系统自动扣款的…表示会撤销这笔扣款，最后我依然说了“谢谢”，前台竟然连“不客气”都没有回答，服务真的很不好。 交通整体来说还是比较方便的，离机场很近，进市区也方便，周边地铁公交都有，还有一个大的家乐福和商场，购物较方便。

I still can't receive the refund of Euro 50 even after leaving for 5 days. It was not an fair dealing, I paid by credit cards but the hotel didn't refund the deposit when I were leaving the hotel. I didn't know whether my deposit was confiscated with a reason and my consent. I had bad feeling when leaving the hotel worrying about the refund of deposit.

Loved this hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable and I’m picky about beds, I hate a hard bed. Property was clean and never heard any noise from outside. Free breakfast was great lots of choice and everything fresh and tasty. Would stay here again if I was in Barcelona.

I love that they let you checking early without a charge. We got there at 9 am and they had a room ready for us. Also 3 min walk to station europa fira. You can ride from airport really easy. Also deli 365 was delicious and right in front of the hotel and very affordable. But the hotel breakfast was amazing with a great variety. And the staff very nice. We loved our stay. Very highly recommended.

Bathroom was great wonderful shower very modern. Beds were comfortable our room had a great view TV had good selection of channels

The staff was amazing and the place felt extremely safe as well. However, the room was extremely small, which I did not realize from what was on the website. Besides that, it was clean and no other complaints.

Nicely sized and clean rooms, next to a shopping mall and a couple of restaurants. It is further away from the city.

We stayed there for 3 nights and had a good time in Barcelona. The location of the hotel were close to all transport. A shopping mall nearby also. Nice room and hotel.

Literally one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Amazing service: Especially the front desk, they are sweetest people and super helpful! They have the best tips of places to go. This hotel is also very clean, and organized. Great location: the neighborhood is close to the centre, yet in a much more calm area. It is also super close to the Europa | Fira metro (both FGC and TMB). The hotel is also close to a Carrefour if you need to buy groceries.

We stayed here because my daughter had fallen ill during her backpacking travels. I booked it very quickly for her to stay and for me to join her. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the gentleman on the front desk spoke very good English and was extremely kind and his help made the world of difference to our stay, with our situation this was extremely important to us. We stayed in the room most of the time apart from trips to get supplies or to the hospital. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We had a double with a sofa, the shower had a tall rain fall type shower but also had a hand held type which had good power. There's a hugh tv but not too much storage space. Comfortable bed with comfy head rest, memory foam mattress. It is a close trip to the airport and its easy to get buses and ubers. It is located outside central Barcelona but there is plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around.€2.65 for all bus rides. Breakfast was good with scambled eggs, bacon, sausage, choice of cereal, waffle making, fruit, bread, pastries, coffee and juice. It got very busy but always found a seat. Its a small breakfast area but the seating area was large and comfortable. There's snacks you can buy by the main entrance and a bar at reception and a day time seating area. I couldn't really fault the hotel.
