Very nice hotel

Muy mal para el aparcamiento. Te pone en el anuncio que tienen aparcamiento y después te mandan muy lejos para aparcar. Aparte están cargando y descargando cosas por eventos que hacen y tienen el hall llenos de cosas y camiones en la puerta. Las paredes son de papel. Además te piden la tarjeta de crédito como fianza. En general experiencia negativa.

Everything stood out - fabulous staff, immaculately clean lobby, lifts, corridors and room. Location fabulous. Can highly, highly recommend.

They are very friendly and offer nice service including breakfast. I have always used this hotel when I come to Murcia.

It was a good hotel, not great. Clean, terrific location, some friendly staff, no coffee/kettle in the room, subpar gym. I could hear the toilet run and heat throughout the night, as well as the garbage trucks. I'd say 3.5 stars.

The location is very convenient for tourist purposes. The staff is helpful and welcoming.

We arrived atound 17:30 on a busy Saturday night. We had received confirmation of our booking earlier in the day and also completed the online check in. On arrival we were told that there was actually no room available. We had just completed a 22KM stage of a Pilgrim walk and we were exhausted. The reception members said the only thing they could do was offer us aroom in another hotel at 100 euros more. We were not offered any refreshments and no genuine explanation of how they could allow us to check in on line when there was no room available. We stayed in the reception area for two hours trying to organise a nearby room at a similar price . The manager of the hotel was only available by telephone and he was very unhelpful. The irony of the situation is that the hotel dispays a notice in reception that they are supportive of pilgrims. Naturally being exhausted, two females [ 65 and 71 ] we were very concerned about having nowhere to stay. We became upset and the reception staff told us to leave or they would call the police.

Arrived early and able to leave luggage safely. When we returned, check in was straightforward. Room was absolutely spotless. Staff excellent. The hotel is minutes from the Cathedral area which hold the bars and restaurants and the Glorietta Car Park with whom it has a discount arrangement. Didn't eat in so no idea on restaurant. All in all excellent.

Room spotless, staff friendly, breakfast excellent, great location and really good value.

The rooms would benefit with a kettle so you can make tea/coffee. Therte is a fridge in the room. Walls are very thin could here neighbours next door. Good location quite central to everything.

This hotel was lovely, room was large and modern (although we should have had a twin room but got a double instead). Breakfast was nice, lots of variety including yoghurts, specialty desserts and a great selection of hot and cold options. We recommend parking at the nearby garage called Aparcamurcia Veronicas instead of where the hotel suggests as it was only 9 Euro for 24 hours instead of 22.
