Clean and comfortable. Not enough room facility. Lack of restaurant. Some ski school around. Free car park in front of the hotel.

Tot molt bé. Però em sembla una deficiència important que la majoria del personal no tan sols no et poden atendre amb català sinó que ni tan sols l'entenen. Em sembla que en un establiment turístic que no et puguin atendre amb la llengua oficial és molt greu.

Hotel muy céntrico, para salir caminando y no usar coche. Servicio y estado muy bueno

The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter.

Hotel ideal como lugar de desconexión. Las habitaciones, amplias, nuevas y limpias satisfacen las necesidades perfectamente. El buffet de desayunos, amplio y muy bien atendido por el personal, y el spa, aunque finalmente no pudimos ir, atendido por un personal muy atento.

Best hotel in La Molina! But quite a lot of noice from the hotel behind. Chose front side rooms! Great views from the front side.

L'espace Welness ne vaut pas le coup, 20 euros pour 40mn, avec un sauna en panne, de l'eau trop froide dans le jaccuzi, une douche à jets dont la moitié ne fonctionne pas, le peu qui reste pas terrible, et un mauvais accueil. De plus aucun affichage des tarifs et offre à ce sujet, il y a un problème pour ce service. Le reste du séjour à l'hôtel est correct, à part l'oubli d'une reservation d'1 repas, mais qui a pû être rattrapé

Situated next to the slopes, so the hotel is very well situated. Big rooms, clean, good breakfast and a really nice jacuzzi. However, paper-thin walls, so the sound from neighbour's tv was as if it was in our room. Internet did not work for one of our days. (And I was told at reception that the system could not be rebooted as they were expected a phone call.) I found it overpriced and will book one of the other hotels near the slope for my next ski adventure.

La situación del hotel es perfecta: a pie de pista larga. El servicio no llega a un hotel de 4 estrellas: limpieza parcial, es decir, lo se limpia todo....comida: el desayuno muy limitada la elección, la cena - un día hemos pedido sopa y estaba muy muy mala de sabor.

Me gusto especialmente la atención del personal del restaurante.

Have stayed in a few places in La Molina and this is my favourite for ski trips. We stayed in a Duplex which comfortably sleeps 6. The hotel is perfectly located for the slopes (100m walk to the lift), beds are comfy, service is excellent.

Lo que me encanto: la atención de los camareros, una pasada. Lo que no me gusto: llame para consultar sobre las instalaciones abiertas o cerradas ( COVID) me dijeron que lo único cerrado parte del SPA, (normal) Bien resulta que: salas de juego billar cerrado, no había nada más que la piscina interior ( uno de los motivos por los que escogimos este hotel, y se tenia que pagar un suplemento para utilizarla (30€ = 30 minutos) es mi segunda visita y antes no se pagaba. Lo otro que no me gusto es que pagas media pensión o pensión completa y no entra ni el agua. Nuestra estancia bien.

The hotel is ok, it is quite close to the beginners area in La Molina Ski resort. However the stuff was not professional and they didn't meet our expectations at all. Also, the hotel was a bit noisy during the nights, and you could hear people talking in other rooms or in the corridor.

Todo bien, excepto el wifi

Bonne prestations, chambre agréable, confortable, petit déjeuner correct, vue dégagée, très reposant. Les hics : restaurant moyen et peu d’alternatives à proximité, spa simpliste et pourtant payant (5€/pers/j + bonnet/tongs obligatoires à acheter en plus si vous n’en avez pas) et ce malgré le fait que certaines installations n’étaient pas fonctionnelles lors de notre venue, parking couvert payant même en basse saison (été) durant laquelle il y a peu de monde et les nombreux emplacements extérieurs juste devant l’hôtel sont gratuits... étrange?!

Grosse déception quand aux piscines intérieures et extérieures dont l'eau était très très froide

Mīnusi- Bezpersoniska viesnīca, nejūties gaidīts viesis, pieeja baseinam un pirtīm pēc slēpošanas par atsevišķu samaksu (!),līdz ar to ne halāta, ne čību, istaba vēsa, vannas istabā nav silto grīdu, slēpošanas drēbes nav kur likt, pretī slēpju glabātuvei diezgan smakojoša tualete. Neatbilst cenai. Plusi- pacēlājs 100 m no viesnīcas, lielisks skats, paliela istaba, 10% atlaide pacēlāju kartei un inventāra nomai. Labs un lēts restorāns (salīdzinoši ar viesnīcu restorāniem) ar labu šefpavāru un laipnu personālu! Nav problēmu novietot auto pretī viesnīcai ( viesnīcas autostāvvieta par atsevišķu samaksu, protams). Inventāra noma blakus. Internets normāls.
