Bra hotell. Mycket trevliga personalen hjälpsamma De städade rummet varje dag jättefin. Rum storlek är små rum de borde göra lite större Maten på hotellet var inte det bästa och frukost borde varierar det var samma sak i de två veckorna vi var där. Men fin hotell takbaren med pool var fantastiskt

Underbar mat , trevlig personal , nära buss och Palma samt flygplats Lite dåligt nätverk men annars toppen ställe !

Det enda var att rummet var för litet, frukost gott men behövs mer variation

Jättefint hotell, nice med 2 pooler och nyrenoverat! Minus för väldigt lyhört när man skulle sova. Annars bra!

Spent one week in the end of July with my family and we had a great vacation. Wonderful view over the ocean from our balcony. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Only minor issue is the bad smell that meets you in the reception. No smell in room or restaurant. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff and atmosphere.

Entgegen dem Ballermann-Klischee eher gediegen und ruhig. Perfekte Strandlage. Zuvorkommendes Personal.

So convenient

Vi är en familj med 1 barn på 8 år. Vi var super nöjda och rekommenderar hotellet till alla i vår situation. En önskan till hotellet är att gäster som inte använt sina solstolar närmsta timmen bör bli av med dem till andra gäster.

Las toallas de playa no las cambian todos los días, la habitación muy pequeña

fijne vakantie gehad, aardig behulpzaam personeel, mooie ruime kamer en badkamer, uitgebeid ontbijt.

Everything was perfect! Our room had balcony with the best view both from the beach and pool area. The room was cleaned everyday and got fresh towels every day as well. The room was okay size for two persons. Food was superb! Had both breakfast and dinner and everything was delicious, variety of food to choose from. The hotel itself is amazing, easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

I would say they are not brilliant or poor in any way,

Wasser in der dusche kaum einstellbar. Entweder zu warm oder zu kalt. Sauberkeit mittelmäßig. Personal ziemlich unfreundlich. Parkplätze müssen vorher reserviert werden und kosten 15€ pro Tag. Frühstück für 17 EUR pro Person am Tag sehr teuer und überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Positiv ist die Lage des Hotels. Würde aber definitiv nicht wieder kommen.

Positiv: -freundliches Personal -Strandnähe -Poolanlagen Negativ: -kleine Zimmer -des öfteren kein warmes Wasser beim Duschen -Pools ab 18.00 geschlossen -Essen nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und kein Geschmack ( hat mich verwundert, da die Speisen, die man an der Poolbar usw. Kostenpflichtig bestellen kann waren immer Top -Preis Leistung stimmen für mich nicht -als 4 **** deklariert, gefühlt aber 3+ 9 Nächte ab Zürich für 2600 CHF.

Generally, a comfortable hotel in which to stay. Staff were mostly cheerfull and very helpful, but there were areas which could be improved. Whilst some of the towels and bed linen were doubtless quite new, some were in need of replacement. e.g. towels that were wearing thin and were no longer fluffy, or sheets that had lost their bright white appearance. Whilst the provision of a tea tray was appreciated, it is not always provided in European hotels, it was not routinely replenished without having to request it. One of the rooms we booked and also the indoor area in the vicinity of the pool was prone to the occasional drain smell. The real benefit for this hotel is its location just accross the road from the beach, with bus stops close by. We went into Palma for a €2 bus fare each way.
