We had a sea view room in the annexe. It was lovely and spacious, but the shower tray easily over flowed.
Staff are fantastic - nothing too much trouble.
Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen.
Would definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel! The property is located on a 2.5 mile boardwalk. The hotel is more on the north side of the boardwalk which in turn is quieter there. They have a beautiful breakfast buffet in the morning with an assortment of foods. The beach is right across the street. There are plenty of lounge chairs if you wish to rent. It’s nice that you don’t have to drive to the beach and get sand in the rental car. I just grabbed the towel and went across the street for a swim and left my key card with the hotel staff so I didn’t take any valuables with me. The views from my hotel room were beautiful! You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Lovely hotel and gorgeous room. Being advertised as a spa hotel I’d expect robes and slippers especially as we had a suite. Also as it was a last minute booking we didn’t take toothbrushes or tooth paste - the hotel didn’t provide these even behind the desk. The basics had been forgotten but a beautiful hotel that could do better for the prices they charge.

+ Beautiful location and exterior. Clean. Helpful staff. Very nice gym.
- Room was a lot smaller than expected. We got to stay at the new building and it was ugly in the common areas, like the entrance, it didnt match the beautiful other building. Also very loud, woke up from hearing neighbors. Breakfast was very basic.
Overall it lacks the quality we expected considering the price. We have stayed at much cheaper hotels that felt much more luxurious and of higher quality.

Lovely hotel, and nice amenities
Lucia is an absolute super star and was so helpful when my father got sick, and was so caring. I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that!
Car park is helpful and the bike room was secure for my boyfriend Ironman

We had a great stay. The two ladies at reception were friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel's architecture is beautiful. The breakfast is plentiful and a wide variety of food is available. The beach is across the road. We stayed in the new anexe of the hotel with sea view. The bed was comfy and we slept well. The nearest bus stop is around 12ish minutes from the hotel. A good selection of restaurants is within 10 to 20mn walking distance. We would happily recommend Hoposa Uyal.

Beim Einzelzimmer gab es ein leichtes pulsierendes Geräusch, so dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Der nachtmanager hat gut darauf reagiert und mir ein anderes einzelzimmer zum schlafen angeboten, wo es weniger brummen gab . Es ist ein häufiges risiko bei einzelzimmern, die tendieren, sich in innenhöfen zu befinden.

We booked a room specifically with a sea view and balcony (the balcony was mentioned on the Expedia website in the room details) and when we arrived, they gave us a small room with no balcony. The receptionist couldn't help us with a different room straight away that evening, but said she would speak to the manager in the morning. Expedia customer service also helped and called the hotel directly. The manager upgraded us to a sea view suite with balcony the following day, which made a huge difference to our experience and we were very appreciative.
I highly recommend that Expedia changes the information on their website, as they put the hotel in a difficult position.
