Todo bien aunque antiguo pero con solera

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) I recently stayed two nights at Hotel Los Lanceros in El Escorial, and while there are a few positives, this establishment falls far short of the 4-star standard it claims. The Positives: • The location is truly excellent. Just a short walk to the Monastery of San Lorenzo, restaurants, shops, and cafes. It is well-situated for anyone exploring the town. • The hotel staff were respectful, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. The Negatives: • This is not a 4-star hotel by international standards. At best, it would qualify as a 2-star property. • The building appears to have been last renovated in the early 1990s and has not been properly updated since. Everything from the elevators to the hallway carpeting, furniture, and doors shows clear signs of wear and aging. • I encountered serious issues with the air conditioning. My first room left me waking up drenched in sweat at 3:00 a.m. due to AC failure. I was told it would be fixed, but by the second night, it still had not been resolved. At midnight, I had to be moved to a second room. While the AC in the new room worked better, it was still centrally managed with a fixed minimum of 27°C, which is far too warm, especially in summer. • Even in public areas like the restaurant, air conditioning was insufficient, making breakfast and indoor stays uncomfortable in the summer heat. • The carpets throughout the hallways are worn, faded, and stained, with visible patches where repairs or replacem

Lo mejor es que está muy cerca del Monasterio del Escorial. No tiene servicio de habitaciones. Más que de 4 estrellas es un 3 estrellas

Muy recomendable, Amaya nos trató de maravilla, volvería a alojarme en este hotel sin duda alguna

Lo mejor la estancia

Hotel muy recomendable el trato por parte del personal fue exquisito, la ubicación inmejorable y el desayuno en la cafetería super agradable tenían el periódico y había mucha gente del pueblo desayunando. Un ambiente muy familiar y agradable , repetiremos sin duda.

Hotel viejo, sucio y difícil de aparcar. El desayuno es muy escaso en variedad, el zumo es horrible y los cubiertos viejos y sucios. Nos han salido llagas debido al estado de la cubertería. El personal nos trató de “tu” y con un “colegueo” inusual en un hotel. Yo no lo recomiendo ni volvería. Le sobra al menos una estrella

La limpieza y la situación muy buena, la pega es que no tienen nevera, tienen refrigerador que no enfria nada. Pero todo lo demas genial.

Una estancia perfecta, el desayuno genial, la unica pega que le ponemos es un colchon incómodo y unas almohadas que necesitan un cambio, que hace qur pases una boche un poco incómoda. Lo demas todo perfecto y volveriamos sin duda.

Hele mooie kamer op 3e etage, met mooi uitzicht Ontbijt is goed We hebben er ook ‘s’avond gegeten , aanrader! Eten was heerlijk, bediening super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren in openbare parkeergarage om de hoek, wel prijzig. Ze hebben zelf ook parkeergarage.

El hotel en sí está medianamente en condiciones, pero tuvimos la mala suerte que nos dieron la habitación a un metro frente al ascensor y fue ruidoso con el trasiego de los huespedes.
