No soap or shampoo provided. More then 2 hours was struggled for entry keys. Customer service contact number declined calls and blocked my number. I want my money back.

Management is good

room was very small, not for 2 big men like ourselves. the bathroom was even so small we struggled everyday to have a decent shower as it was very difficult to get into the bathroom. we had issues onthe 1st night as the room was very cold and the heating system didn't work. however, Juan was very helpful and changed our room which was much better. Staff very polite and helpful always provided anything we needed and got back to us as soon as they could.

La stanza era trascurata piumino rotto in più punti e copri piumino con buchi …peccato perché la posizione è molto strategica ….la pulizia della stanza era deludente …peccato

Hostal senza troppo pretese. Stanza piccola ma accettabile. Pulizie veramente scadente in generale.

Non consiglio mai hanno fatto la pulizia in camera ,letto orribile ,bagno scadente, area condizionata rumorosa ,posto veramente scadente ,si potete permettervi di pagare un po di più fattelo e non venire qui la unica cosa a favore e la posizione

Lugar centrico y seguro. Viaje sola y me senti segura todo el tuempo. El edicio no tiene elevador pero las escaleras son amplias. Los cuartos limpios y comodos. Para mi sola estuvo fantastico

Lille og kedeligt værelse , men alt fungerede (aircondition, badeværelse og tv. Havde ikke forstået , at rengøringen kun ville ske , hvis et skilt hang på døren , så det fik vi ikke !

Near the city centre. Great as has air conditioning. Check in was done online but they didn’t seem to be aware of it! But very minor issue. Nice and clean

Hotel tŕés bien situé au calme. Chambre avec trés petite fenêtre et sans vue. Ensemble correct.

No hay ascensor. No tocó en la tercera planta, con entreplantas, y me acompañaba una persona mayor. Le escribí con bastante antelación diciendo que necesitaba una habitación con dos camas y me encontré una cama de matrimonio. El baño no tenía ventana ni se podía cerrar la puerta. Mala experiencia!

Chambre dans son jus très vieux. La vmc sale, baignoire rouillée, trop bruyant nous avons été réveillé a tout moment de la nuit. Point positif drap et serviettes propres qui sentent bons, et proche de quartier sympa.

Habitación muy antigua de los años ochenta,estéticamente decepcionante,muebles viejos,cubre almohadas y tendidos ni hablar,el techo con huecos sospechosos,lo demás se lo pueden imaginar,deberían anunciar que no tiene ascensor por si alguien no puede subir por las escaleras,fotos y publicidad engañosa!,personal solo vi uno de vez en cuando en la entrada y pasa de uno,aire acondicionado super antiguo y defectuoso,lo único bueno es la zona que está serca del centro de la ciudad y demás sitios de interés!

위챗을 사용하지 않으면 입장조차 불가능한 숙소 계단없이 4층 건물이 숙소여서 짐을 가볍게 해야함 에어컨 바람 방향 변경이 불가. 에어컨 바로 밑 침대를 사용한 사람은 계속 에어컨 사람 맞으면 있어야함. 샤워기는 고장나서 물이 제대로 나오지 않음 2박 3일 이용하는 동안 시트 제정리, 방청소는 전무함.

Todos sabemos que los hostales cerca del centro son edificios viejos pero los renuevan para alquilarlos , este hostal no está en buenas condiciones tampoco los alrededores, no hay condiciones para subir ya que no hay elevador, el baño feo, mucha incomodidad esperemos que hagan renovaciones .

Muy buen hostal me ha gustado mucho. Lo aconsejo

A localização é ótima, muito central, entretanto se for de carro é uma missão impossível encontrar lugar para estacionar. O quarto é extremamente pequeno, com lugar apenas para a cama.

Overall, the location of the hotel was very good, and cleanliness was at a moderate level. The room I stayed in did have a window, but it faced the building’s ventilation shaft, so the glass was frosted and there was hardly any natural light, which made the room feel a bit dull. In addition, the room had a damp smell that was somewhat unpleasant. In the shared kitchen area, there was one refrigerator and one microwave, which was useful, but having a kettle available would have made it much better.
