I stayed for one night here and it was great. Staff were helpful, room was very clean, beds were comfy and bathroom was good. Good location aswell, I will stay here again

The atmosphere, location, safety and hospitality of the staff. The location is the best, 5 minutes walk to the historic part of this small town and 7 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been, and I have been in several (Brazil, US, Thailand, Philippines, etc)

Good little hostal, value for money and friendly staff. Arrived late so key was left in key safe and they contacted me before to advise of the code, so that was useful. Only down side was the aircon didn't seem to blow any cold air out, just circulated the warm air. I found the room temperature better when I left it off. Other than that, can't fault the place. Thank you

Great location, but no view. I stayed in a twin room (#6) for three nights. Not sure about the double rooms, but this room was very compact. Also, the bed was disappointing. The front desk is already aware that the mattress needs to be replaced. The drawers were to small to really use, no chair and no desk - makes it difficult to settle in. I arrived with Alsa bus from Granada at 3PM and had to wait till 5 before I could check in. Fortunately there were a couple of restaurants just around the corner where I could dine while waiting. Not sure if this is Hotels.com or the property itself, but the advertised bike rentals on site is incorrect. The front desk did not even know where I could rent a bike. For the money you pay, this is a good choice, but you do compromise on comfort. That said, you are conveniently close to the beaches and Balcon de Europa, without being in the noise.

Cleanliness and nice staff basic really but not very big rooms

Hicimos la reserva a través de hoteles.com y en la información de la página nos daban el check in a partir de las 13.00h. Llegamos a las 14.30 y nos encontramos con el hostal cerrado y un cartel en la puerta: cerrado de 14.00 a 17.00. Llamamos por Tfn y nos dicen que durante esas horas permanecen cerrados, así que nos dejaron en la calle dos horas y media. Es de vergüenza. Llamamos a hoteles.com y la única solución que nos daban era un bono descuento para la próxima reserva. Sólo puedo decir... De vergüenza, profesionalidad ninguna y poca fiabilidad de esta página.

As requested, contacted hostal 27 hrs in advance of my arrival. At 2pm the hostal sent a message, telling me that they have nobody manning the desk 2-5 PM. SO WHY DO THEY LIE ABOUT CHECK IN IN THE HOTEL.COM INFO??? AND WHY DO THEY HAVE A POLUCY OF NO REFUND IN THE CASE OF EARLY CHECK OUT??? I was ready to check out after my first night in this extremely uncomfortable room, on the extremely uncomfortable bed and with downright rude staff, who offered me a better room at higher price and refused to let me speak with the owner. And she had the guts to tell me that she had not seen me yesterday between 5 and 10 pm. SO, I WAS EXPECTED TO STAY IN THIS MISERABLE ROOM WAITING FOR HER?.. The only single room which they have is UNINHINITABLE and they shoul pay a lot to the people who stay here. They charged me $43/night, the same amount I had paid at Granada Centro, a nice hotel, breakfast included, for the 5 previous nights of Semana Santa. FULLY EXPECT A PRICE ADJUSTMENT OF MIN $15 a night. Best of cancel this reservation NOW WITH FULL REFUND FOR REMAINING NIGHTS. DISGUSTED WITH HOTELS.COM, WHOM IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT

Jeg hadde bestilt enkeltrom og fikk et bittelite rom, men det hadde TV, bad og vannkoker. Det siste satte jeg stor pris på. Hostal'et ligger vegg i vegg med butikken "Hemlengtan" - hvor jeg måtte vente inntil den ansvarlig for Hostal'et ankom 30 min for sent. Det skulle åpnet 1700 etter siesta'en. De bør ha åpent i henhold til åpningstidene som står oppført på utgangsdøren. Ellers ok service og value for money.

Egy csendesebb utcában, de mind a strandoktól, mind a központtól 5 perc sétára van a hostel. Kicsi, tiszta és kényelmes szoba, hangulatos közös tetőterasszal.

Good location in old town and close to Burriana beach. Hotel clean & quiet. Room was small but suitable for short stays.
