Muy limpio, muy cerca de muchas de las actividades para ver. El Sr. Mario bien atento y amable y la Señora bien buena y amable. Me encanto. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Fue maravilloso.

Good safe place to stay on the pride area of town

Lo único son escaleras y sin elevador pero lo sabía desde que escogí estuve muy a gusto y la atención hizo la diferencia

Mario was very kind. When I arrived the hostal, he had an excuse that our stay won’t be available as reserved for some reason, he would take us a near by hostal ‘ el cataline’. The room was okay. But the noise never stopped until 6am in the morning. We stayed 2nights, 2 nights of noise from street, no sleep. The location was very good If good night sleep is important, stay out of city. People enjoy night life until 4am then the construction noise start from 4am.

Hyggeligt værelse med god beliggenhed. God seng. Man skal kunne tåle støj fra gaden. Venligt personale. Hotellet er ikke egnet til gangbesværede. Ligger på 2.sal med meget slidte og skæve trapper.

The manager Mario was very helpful. My room was made up every day. Not the best if you have difficulties climbing stairs with your suitcase, but that’s how the buildings are in central Madrid. Lots of good restaurants that Mario suggested. Excellent location - walkable to everything!

We loved it! The room was small, but nice and clean, the bed was good and the view from the balcony to the street charming. We stayed 7 nights, had clean towels and cleaning everyday and fresh bed linnen twice during the stay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Muy mal que llegue por un imprevisto que se retraso mi vuelo y me negaron el acceso diciendo que no habia servicio en la recepción, perfi la.noche, tuve que buscar el hotel en la noche y no me regresaro el.dinero de ese dia.. fatal

Bien para ir a dormir. Está limpio y sencillo. Considerar que está en segundo piso y no tiene elevador. Mario el responsable súper atento.

Es un hostal con muy buena ubicación, la atención de Mario fue muy buena, las habitacio nes son limpias y la cama cómoda, aunque la ducha era muy pequeña. El detalle que agregaría es que está en una segunda planta y no hay ascensor, si llevan maletas grandes será un poco complicado.

Accueil, hébergement et conseils au top ! Situé tout proche des lieux touristiques. J’ai passé un agréable séjour de 2 nuits. Merci à bientôt 😊

Las condiciones de las gradas y con maletas

O anfitrião é muito atencioso e atendeu prontamente. A dificuldade de acesso do edifício são as escadas, não tem elevador, mas o atendimento foi ótimo.

Faz alguns anos que me hospedo em Casa Chueca e sempre tenho um atendimento primoroso por Mario e sua equipe. Agrados como café sempre disponível e a localização excepcional no coração de Chueca fazem toda a diferença.

The place was very small, and uncomfortable, the entrance to the building was dirty and no elevator, the manager very nice!

Estancia con excelente ubicación en el centro de Madrid a un par de calles del metro Chueca y 4 de la estacion Gran Via. La zona tiene actividad nocturna por lo que hay algo de ruido sin llegar a ser terrible. La atención de Mario fue muy atenta y amistosa, un gran host.

Very nice small hostal (hotel) in a great area; very close to the Gran Via Metro station. My room was large, , very clean, with a mini-fridge, tea kettle, small table and 2 chairs. Just a few metres away is a cute plaza (square) with a Starbucks and some small shops. Also close by is a food mercado.
