The property was in a great location

Hotel is at perfect location as everything (metro, restaurants, places to visit etc) is within 5-10 mins walk. Room is not super spacious but works I was hardly at hotel apart from shower n sleep. Only thing I didn't quite like is quality of sleep as hotel is right in the center of touristy, there was lots of noise coming all through until early AM and room though claim to be sound-proof are really not.

The best location you don’t need any transportation also good communication flowing up what time the arrival to make sure you won’t spent the night on the street 😃

Great stay in the heart of Sol. Everyone was nice. Walkable to all the restaurants, metro and shopping.

It was a nice stay. It’s very convenient to Plaza Mayor and a metro station, as well as walkable to palace, park and many more sights. I did not expect high end by any means. It was fine. I thought I was supposed to have a street view, but I had two windows to interior areas. Ultimately that may have been better because of street noise. I would consider staying at this property again. They were also able to accommodate an additional day, which was helpful.

This property is in a great location, right next to Puerta del Sol, very close to Plaza Mayor, and Mercado San Miguel, which makes it very convenient and walkable from many of Madrid Landmarks. Unfortunately the twin beds in my room were not comfortable, pillows very stiff, and two out of the three nights very loud from rooms next door/or above - party like, no music, but multiple people and loud voices, which made it inconvenient for a restful night with two children. (Ear plugs helped)

Best location ever! Super close to Sol, Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. What else can you ask for

Room was perfect for a solo stay, spacious and easily accessible to all the sights in Madrid. Plenty of shops and food places around and the area felt safe even at night. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, and cleanliness was great. Would stay here again.

More pillows would be nice

well located near Sol and Plaza Mejor. Completely satisfactory at a bargain price.

This place is central to everything. Only 1 block from the main SOL metro station and 1 block from Plaza Major. I liked it so much I booked it for another trip next week already!

Excellent location

Small rooms, very basic but it does the job. Close to everything. Attentive staff was a big plus. Would recommend.

The man is not kind and unpatience. Women front desk are ok

The rooms (at least for 3 people) are extremely small, with almost no room for 3 people's luggage, the bathrooms are extremely small and nothing like the photos posted on Expedia. If you have a rental car, I recommend careful coordination for parking. We didn't get one, nor did we get the hotel to help us with the issue of our car's license plate when driving through the center of Madrid, which has limitations and many hotels put it in the city system to exempt payment of the pollution tax. This hostel doesn't help with this issue either.

Quiet and close to everything of interest in the center of Madrid. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping places.

Excellent location.

My recent three-night stay in this apartment was a complete disaster. The most immediate issue was the state of the towels. Despite repeated promises from the management to replace them, the towels remained musty and unhygienic throughout my stay. This basic level of cleanliness was simply unacceptable. The couch, intended for relaxation, was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to unwind after a long day. The check-in process was complicated and frustrating. Navigating through a hallway infested with rats was a truly horrifying experience. The room itself was disappointingly small, offering little space to move around. The bathroom, in particular, was cramped, dirty, and wholly inadequate. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to reconsider and seek alternative accommodations.
