I like the coffee kettle, I like the neighbours who are quiet. The building is at a convenient location which let you visit a lot of landmark in a morning. You are also enjoy a night at your room, be careful not all room includes balcony. The view is out of a window.

Excellent location! Walking distance to almost all famous spots in Madrid. 30 seconds to metro station. The room is small, but it is acceptable for its low price. However, the room is a little dirty. Al lot of dust on the hair dryer rack. The beds and desk are ok though. Contact through whatsapp is convenient. Reminders are given for booking confirmation, check in time, room regulations, etc.

I booked 3 nights for a single room "with city view and balcony/patio". However, I was given a miserable closet-like space which looks nothing like the pics shown on the website. There's no balcony and patio AT ALL, and "city view" is a mere wallpaper. Also, there is no proper window but a tiny vent high up the wall. Once I opened my luggage case I'd have to jump over it to reach bathroom because the room's just too small. After one night I told the front desk this is totally not what I pay for, but I was told the second day's fully booked and there's nothing they could do, and that I could come over the next morning, but "they couldn't promise anything". I made another try that same night. Finally, someone called the manager and informed me I can change room. On the last night of stay I finally got a bigger room that seems a lot nicer. However, this time the ventilation in toilet is broken, and floor of the shower space is wet. I don't bother to complain anymore. Overall, I totally DO NOT recommend staying in this place. The only good thing about it is it's close to city center.

Det var trevligt att checka in på hotellet. Personalen väntade på oss och förklarade alla detaljer relaterade till boendet. Hotellet ligger centralt i Madrid, nära Puerta del Sol och inom promenadavstånd till många sevärdheter. Rummet var utmärkt, rent och hade bra luftkonditionering.

Superb access to the central, cozy compact room, bit of noise and AC unstable, nice staffs! Thank you!

Room had everything what I need, it is very good a room had tea pot, complimentary coffee and tea, fridge and safe box! Clean! Thank you very much for the good time!

O quarto era confortavel, mas estrutura e decoração antigas. Se fosse modernizado ficaria bem melhor. O acesso ao quarto foi somente okay, porque o predio tem um elevador pequeno e antigo, o que não era muito legal. A localização é muito boa, bem no centro da cidade, perto de diversos pontos turísticos e outros pontos de interesse, como lojas, metro, restaurantes

The best thing about this place is the location. Rooms are decent, its clean enough. We checked in to Hostal Castilla but we were brought to the other hotel across from the location. It is secured enough, has a lift thank goodness. I did not like that you can hear everything in the hallway. Annoying, disrespectful travellers wheel their luggages in the middle of the night and banged into your doors will wake you up. Tip: wear an earplug if you don't want your sleep interrupted. It's all you need, a bit pricey for what its worth in my opinion. Location: amazing! Close to everything that you must see in Madrid. Lots of food options too!

Habitación limpia, personal amable y atendiendo todas las dudas

Small simple, dated room. Toilet leaked, small shower. Soap dispensers but no soap inside, no hooks for towels. Excellent location.

Los Servicios y la habitación

Very thin walls. You can hear every conversation, cough, sneeze and toilet flush in the rooms next to you. If not for that it would be a good place to stay.
