El hostal está bastante bien, el desayuno en la terraza también pero el portal bastante dejado, la verdad que asusta nada más entrar. Recepción mal indicada y lo de dejar la habitación a las 11 en vez de a las 12 como es habitual.

Esta propiedad el servicio es pesimo, el hostal queda en un noveno piso y después que subes hasta ese piso es que te indica que la recepción es en el séptimo piso en vez de tener un letrero que lo dijera desde el principio. Para colmo el acensor es pequeño. Las facilidades no estan mal ni la localización. Pero las toallas parecian que llevaban mil años utilizandolas estaban horribles. Y el servicio de la recepción pesimo ni plancha tenian

El ascensor necesita mejorar

We had two rooms with balcony, view of city, it was great experience everything were accessible restaurants , shows ,shopping and etc not having car using public transportation Reception was on seven floor, only couple of them spoke English.This hotel had a great charm. Availability of four people elevator was issue sometimes.I would recommend this hotel.

L'hostal placé dans un quartier vivant à Madrid, par contre je suis arrivé vers 23H l'accès à l'hostal pas tres claire. La chambre assez propre aussi que l'immeuble, j'ai payé pour une lit double et j'ai eu 2 lits séparés, personnel pas vraiment accueillant et personnellement le prix de la chambre ne le mérite pas.

They told me breakfast started 8 but it was opened 8:30 I don’t care about breakfast but we missed our bus I will send all the documents for you. Because we ruined all plans of day

Super centralt og rimeligt i pris, dog ligner værelserne ikke billederne, men beliggenheden opvejer den lidt manglende standard! Bonusinfo: 30 euro med taxa fra lufthavnen til centrum!

Très propre centre ville

The view from the terrace from our room on the gran via was exceptional. The rooms were basic ( what you just can expect from a 2 star hotel). The beds of the room with terrace was small (140) and to be avoided for a couple. Price was 575€ for 3 nights which is expensive for a 2 star hotel. Service was good and friendly.the hotel is very centrally located.

Gran ubicación pero no es lo mejor que se podría encontrar

Le petit studio était magnifique au 9etage avec un vue sur tout Madrid enchanté du lieu .Mais pas du tout sur les petits déjeuners qui ne sont pas suffisants aucun choix possible et il a fallut réclamer pour avoir peu 🤔🤔🤔

Great Location and great city view from terrace!

Ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile. La stanza era molto piccola, ma la cosa peggiore è stata il bagno: un forte odore di fogna. Il bagno era senza finestra e la porta non si chiudeva bene, per cui l'odore invadeva anche la stanza. Qualche macchia sulle lenzuola...

Old building in a central location, but that’s all! Internally you get into a rundown courthouse that needs heavy refurbishing. Rooms really small, not well cleaned. Very warm rooms without control of individual heating/AC. Staff not helpful at all. I recommend NOT to go even for one night (see pics attached).
